I always thought Stewie represented the Illuminati, notice he's the only smart or intelligent one. I have witnessed that trend in alot of comedy shows also, only one character has sense, and everyone else acts ignorant and dumb, and usually the one with sense who is actually right gets ridiculed by everyone else.
