chi gong is cool , one of the best benefits to it is the effect it has on the spirit , and as they say the mind follows the spirit . so in turn , has a positive effect on the body. i like it a lot.

They're talking about "Chi". Chi is an energy that all living things have. Its an invisible force and modern science still cannot measure or detect its existence. However, Chi is very real and can be felt if you went to an advanced practitioner and asked them to pass chi into your body. Chinese doctors who cultivate Chi uses it to heal people. Search "John Chang" on youtube and see how he uses chi for medical purpose.

@kaywanlau Actually qi is not only in living things but everywhere. "Modern" science is actually a conspiracy to conceal this knowledge which has been discovered by Tesla as Aether, Wilhelm Reich as Orgone, Mesmer as Animal magnetism and countless other "modern" scientists. Believe me, I have researched a lot of history and found out that the "Inquisition" and book burnings were to obtain this knowledge and keep it occult. Qi is also present in remote places like Hawaii, known as Mana.
