there's a cutscene where Ryo kicks the guy and he goes against the broken arcade game but He manages to escape. after that Ryo unties the guy that i suppose to be the store owner and he tells ryo that the guy from the asia travel co was involved with the trap, and after that is pretty much the same shit!

Even though Chai says he'll tell you if you beat him he still doesn't. Ryo kicks him into one of the games machines and Chai bunny hops out of the door, Ryo then turns around and unties the Arcade owner who informs Ryo that "Jimmy is one of them". You can then go and confront Jimmy immediately without having to sleep for a few days.

The best way to beat Chai is to assign 'crawl cyclone' to R then mash the dodge button follow by R. CC does enormous damage to Chai and he rarely blocks it
