Apple iPhone 4s - No Visual Voicemail On Three!

I noticed the voicemail feature was different within the first jour of setting up the phone. Unfortunately, I tried lots of things until I saw your video. Like you, although I've got a great deal and tariff I'm gutted re no visual voicemail😝

@buchanj After MUCH arguing with Three, never ending call back promises which never took place, no acknowledgement of my complaint at all and one solicitors letter to try and get out of this 2 year contract, I gave up! Thats what these companies bank on! I gave the phone to my wife and now it's growing on her! I installed Hullomail which is close to VVM as the default voicemail is rubbish! Lesson learned, won't be staying with Three after this contract is over! I also blame Apple also!

Hello! I did the same, moved from O2 to Three and got the iPhone 4S. I got around it by downloading a great app from the App Store called HulloMail. There is a free version for you to trial. I think it costs £3.99 per year if you wish to upgrade. (You don't have to, but it is worth it for the extra features!) This app is fully supported on Three Pay Monthly plans. Try it!! You won't be disappointed it's 1,000 times better than Three's Voicemail. :-)

@devonbiker the free version doesn't, but i've had no problems at all with the paid version. i like it! also like how i can forward my voicemails as email by converting them into mp3 format. It's proven to be quite useful!

@simon2k4 I bought the full version for my "Three" iPhone 4s which my wife now uses. I tried it on my "O2" iPhone but I felt more confident with the built in App compared to Hullomail so I binned it from my iPhone! Just my preference thats all.
