Please my laptop is not working fine, can you please explain to me how to add the vegetable to the already cooked meat? cos am from benin and i have been wanting to taste this soup,i even wanted my calabar housemaid to help out but she was not gud at making it.
@L0rd1nvictus I will cook more Akwa Ibom dish during Thanksgiving...2011...I will make the white soup as one of the videos in December. I didn't know people would have such a huge interest.
Thanks, for helping me to refresh on how to cook african foods. I love it soooooooooooo much, a lot of my nigerian friends has moved away, and I miss them ,so as I eat the foods, it reminds me of all the good times we had around the table eatting the best, tastiest foods on earth. May God bless you.
We do not use Collard greens...the taste is close to nkong ubong so it can be used...Also this soup is called.... Edi-kang-ikong soup. My wife is Nigerian so she knows better.
did I hear her say season it with water? now how does that work? and what is the name of your soup? I am an african never seen or heard of this kind of mixture collor greens and spinach? Do they have collor greens in nigeria?

I don't think Palm Oil is good for you. Maybe there is a substitute.
