Right iv been doing this for a month now and few tips for people. One try to not tense your neck as much, it wont ake as bad. Second you have to do it every other day. To fit in better with me week i do it mon, web fri sun. My abs are a lot stronger from doing this. Im currently on the next level up but after doing these for a good while i have a good outline appearing. It is hard at the start but things that make me do it are. 1 Its only 8 min long, and 2 more i do it the easier it is :)
the only thing that sucks about this is the neck pain , but it works well for the abs and I guess ur neck will get stronger and u will not fell pain once u get used to this workout . really good stuff thumbs up if u think the same

@bellaflash yes there is. The last workout is also called full body crunch. If you're really exhausted, try supporting your upper body with your hands until you get stronger

@Bahuriux33 Do as much as you can push yourself to the limit, that means at 15 your belly probably hurths alot, but don't stop there, wait around 10 sec and continue to do as much as you can in these 8 minutes push yourself to the max. I started at level 1, around 2 and a half months ago, now im at level 3, i have full 6 pack abs and i am starting to see 7th and 8th one for those 2 it wil take me around 2 more months), but when i started i wasn't really fat, if you are fat it wil take you longer
its not that hard, but if you have so called belly fat you wont get visible abs, you have to do afterburn excercises, and eat less calories than you burn during the excercise
@Moudiremoo Level 1 = 160 workouts totall, level 2 = around 320 , level 3 = around 500 (or 600 not sure, haven't really counted that one, i just started level 3)

@JohnBeast824 What I do is eat something light that has lots of carbohydrates before then. I would eat a bagel or a small sandwich, but nothing too big because it will upset your stomach causing you much more pain during the workout then needed..Also take sips of water, not large amounts because this will also upset your stomach too. Hope it helped!:D

@Mihkellt try not put your hands behind your head and when lifting your body for cross armed crunches try lifting with your chest raver than your neck :)

@DubstepCwalk yes just do it every other day, because after a workout your muscles need a day to rest and build up, without those days of rest your muscles wont be able to increase in size and strength as much

@adam55507 I'm a pretty fit guy but at the beginning the last exercise here was impossible. I kept doing my best for now 3 months and I'm able to last 30 seconds. It's hard, but I'm able and I'm proud of it ;)

@Fredzio5 i think with every level u shuld do it for 2 weeks and than go up to a higher level i dunno about days u should do it but i think its 2 days train and 1 day rest

@DubstepCwalk yes just do it every other day, because after a workout your muscles need a day to rest and build up, without those days of rest your muscles wont be able to increase in size and strength as much

This is a good workout to do 4 times a week . ( Monday - Tuesday - Thursday - Friday ) and mix weights in their as well , better results .

@adam55507 I'm a pretty fit guy but at the beginning the last exercise here was impossible. I kept doing my best for now 3 months and I'm able to last 30 seconds. It's hard, but I'm able and I'm proud of it ;)
