30-60 minutes, i would never leave a cleaner on a wheel for any more than 2 minutes, does it say specifically to spray, agitate then leave it to sit ?

Unlike most wheel cleaners that contain acid; P21S is a pH balanced wheel product that won't damage or corrode your wheels. You actually let it sit for up to 2 hours before rinsing off. It's not as strong as acid so agitation is required on severely dirty wheels.

Agreed, it would be dried and caked on by then, even if it was cold. Never leave any cleaner, acidic or not, on any surface for that long.

I spray 3-4 sprays on a wheel that is very dirty. That wheel had not been cleaned in months. I next used a Meguriars wheel brush to agitate the dirt. Then let it set for 30-60min. Finaly used the hose and the dirt just melts off. Not cheap stuff but it sure does work and will not hurt the wheels.
