You guys, it probably looks like the Scarab so much because they're both bug based designs. If you look hard enough, though, you'll see that Syrsa's is a lot more organic looking. The Scarab looks like it's built for power, but it's bulky. The Targnilian Destroyer looks like it can move a lot faster. Of course, I have no idea what the Scarab is like in Halo, so I can't make a fair judgement.
