I'm glad to find out about this restaurant. I have not been there yet, but will go soon. I agree with other posters that we indeed need more raw food restaurants. I will eat at them all. As when I was eating mainstream foods, I ate at various restaurants, I can do the same with raw foods. The food looks great!
I wish someone would make directory of all the raw food places and organic food stores ,all over USA major citys and towns so when traveling , it would make it so easy , instead of having to settle for what ever we can get
Everyone here seems fairly intelligent, but the guy in the white cap uses the word "like" just too many times. I understand that this generation slings that word around in most conversations, but it is like way to like annoying to like hear that word like every third or like fourth word like.
I can totally relate to this video in many ways. Its awkward when the camera is around but you are feeling inspired by the coincidences and blessings that life brings you. Great explanations of what they were experiencing in the moment though. Good food, good companionship, good vibrations. I will have to check out this restaurant when I am in Chicago. I remember being in San Fran at Cafe Gratitude with the same giddy feeling. haha. Love it.
Hey, if you make it to Chicago, this restaurant is in the suburb of Downers Grove. There is a train that runs right through Downers Grove, it is one of the stops, and is not far from Chicago. I think Borrowed Earth Cafe is probably not more than 1 block away from the train station, maybe less. Go to Union Station in Chicago and look for the line that has DG in it, eventually the train goes to Aurora IL.
