I applaud the Countach for doing as well as it did. The difference between these two cars is that the Countach is a real drivers car, and the 430 isn't. The Countach has real drivers controls, heavy Clutch, murderous gearbox, and no electric overloads telling it what to do, or helping you to drive it. I'm pretty sure the Countach was modified. They are slow as balls. In order for it to keep up with an 11-second-stock F430, it would need some modifications on it. So you and 28 others need to stfu.

i don't think it was a serious race, more just a bit of fun... although to alll those comparing i believe the f430 may of had a bad start, and stats would strongly disagree with it bring that close, the f430 does 0-60 in around 4, while the lambo around 5, and the gap gets larger and larger from 60 onwards. and a f40 which is surprisingly close to the f430 in track and straight line figures, would also beat the countach

I applaud the Countach for doing as well as it did. The difference between these two cars is that the Countach is a real drivers car, and the 430 isn't. The Countach has real drivers controls, heavy Clutch, murderous gearbox, and no electric overloads telling it what to do, or helping you to drive it. The current lambos look exotic but with their standard 4 wheel drive system and traction control that cannot be disabled, they are much less thrilling than the past Diablo and Countach. These cars cannot possibly be a Lamborghini and a Ferrari. The time on this race appears to be 15 seconds in a quater-mile race. Pretty slow times for such expensive cars.

@TheDjuar14 You can't judge that by the length of the video. You have to start counting from the horn to the time when they pass the flag guy. That's roughly 11 seconds.

I'm pretty sure the Countach was modified. They are slow as balls. In order for it to keep up with an 11-second-stock F430, it would need some modifications on it. So you and 28 others need to stfu.

Prick... slow as balls ? 0 60 in 4.2.... yeah that shit slow a.....186 mph. but recored at 194 in 1986 (fast lane) F430 is a quick 0 60 = 4.3.realiticaly 4.0, or even 3.9 weith hot sticky tyres (and you know how to start the thing with the factory default mode launch control, which most people don't) for a old car its a quick old bus..
