  • how do you collect the stuff?

  • interesting results Mark, are the plates in series or parallel

Did I hear right, that's clear PVC, who makes it?

working my way through your vids, loving them by the way.

    mick

  • These two cells are running in parallel with each other. The clear Perspex I had cut to size you can get from one of the many suppliers found in the Yellow Pages.

    Thanks

  • why is the bolt you use on these devices white..? is it made of some special material?.. Or is it just made of iron and conducts the current?? Great videos by the way..!! very nice to watch and perhaps try myself in the future..

  • Its a plastic bolt. It holds the plates together without letting them touch. If you watch some more videos it will make more sense.

  • Thanks!

  • I like the cell design.. I think the horizontal circulation might aid in keeping the cell cool once at full operating temperature.

  • Very cool. Love the new box.

  • ace tank

  • i washed the conditioning off my plates with oxalic acid and had to re condition it-gas production had dropped off so much.maybe you did something similar to the one dud cell you have.just a thought.nice job on the tank

  • Thanks for that, the spacings and slight adjustments, such as making the spacings uneven across the plate seem to be whats causing the difference between these two cells.
