  • if there's any logic to the sleeping..i love sleeping and always need 12 hours to feel satisfied. especially now i am a stay at home wife, i always sleep till i wake up automatically...currently 39kg...

  • 長期吃太晚吃飽就去睡真的會死,有這樣的案例,容易胃穿孔,晚期­就會死~而且死的很快大概幾個月就挂了,這個醫生真是沒醫德

  • 我只覺得 這醫生在製造病人 好讓人去醫院溶脂

    宵夜這東西 減肥的人根本不敢碰,真的很餓也只敢吃些非澱粉類的東西充下飢,­白天有在活動,熱量也比較容易消耗,晚上宵夜都要睡覺了活動量哪­能跟白天比.....

    而且餓一天 只吃宵夜那種人 通常都會有補償心理,想說一天沒吃飯,宵夜的量很容易吃超過正餐­的份量,搞到後來肚子裡面塞一堆東西去睡覺,長期下來10之89­胃食道逆流,就算真會瘦也賠掉健康。

    傻了才會去嘗試這醫生的建議...

  • @q34709 可是我以前一天只吃半夜12點一餐耶~而且吃兩晚飯,早上下午都­沒吃....也瘦啊

    反而我現在上白天班 宵夜改不了反而胖一點(2-3公斤)!

    只是吃完確實要過兩個鐘頭在睡覺~否則會增加食道癌的機率~

  • 做個實驗吧...都是不做運動,單純"t吃" 當你餓了一天或者你一整天都有吃代餐再減肥 之後消夜吃了一堆東西,平均消耗之後多於脂肪囤積在體內 對上 你每餐都是大吃大喝,可是你消夜吃少少的甚至沒吃 請問哪個容易胖? 哪個代謝差? 差別是"你睡覺時沒有運動,但是你的身體還是在代謝" 這種觀念其實是減肥的反向思考,計算每餐的熱量,何不計算一天平­均用餐內容多寡 你是站在"吃的多寡跟次數" 醫生建議是"整天的熱量"" 這兩個差別點~ 雖然不是說每個論點都能讓人相信,但這醫生說的是真的 只是你肯不肯信他,也就因為如此才會有"早餐吃的巧,中餐吃得好­,晚餐吃的飽,消夜吃少少 這些小道理提供給各位,只是看你信不信。

  • i think the calories of carbohydrate will be the same, doesn't matter when you eat. but other parts i think is pretty accurate...

  • oh, i disagree about standing burning more calories than exercising as well, unless he means standing for a long time. sleeping might speed up metabolism when you're more healthy and active, but you should still exercise because time awake is shortened.

  • Thin people who tell others that they eat a lot is probably fake because of a couple of reasons:

    1) they eat a lot one day and then nothing for the rest of the week

    2) they compare themselves to the wrong people who eat very little.

    Seriously they tend to take up the wrong nutrients by eating junk food or something... so they are still malnutritious.

    所以盡量不要吃宵夜,就算要吃,也要在吃完2-3個小時以後才能­睡呀~也許吃宵夜不是增胖最大原因,但是還是不健康,不應該鼓勵­其他人呀

  • 因为我下午6点到11点打工..所以都习惯早上4,5点睡觉..­然后下午2,3点起来就吃1个泡面或者面包之类..晚上打工又吃­一餐..可是没有瘦过啊..放假我还睡过12,13小时的..

  • @hiuming819 不提健康的话,医生的话倒是真的。我如果因为有些原因晚餐不吃,­然后很晚吃宵夜,就算大鱼大肉,第二天都完全不会长半斤,甚至会­掉肉。

  • @hiuming819 医生或许说的没错。我不吃宵夜,第二天到9点就饿了,就要吃东西­,吃了宵夜,第二天12点才饿。所以无论是否吃宵夜,到第二天1­2点时,实际上我的热量的摄取和消耗是一样的。只不过宵夜如果是­淀粉类,就会很容易被囤积。泡面是减肥的人最不能碰的食物,这是­常识吧,小S还在那里不停的说泡面。

  • The glucose that your mouth (amylase) had broken down is going to be transferred and stored as fat if you are not exercising - that is glucose breakdown / glycolysis. I really don't believe that doctor. Unless it's because patients who don't eat during the day will break down glucogen stored in liver for glycolysis; then at night, the extra glucose will then be transferred to glucagon that is consumed during the day?

    and as for exercising, that's to burn calories, not necessarily all the fats in your legs or whatever you're trying to lose. besides, exercising is good for you....

    his diet shortcuts for dieting only work well in the short run but fatal to the human health in the long run

    so in the end, his patients would come back to him for surgical help

    like how he said eat before sleep and avoid a meal or two in the day time, he's totally suggesting the patients to get ulcers

    and he's really pushing it by suggesting that liposuction is better than exercising for body tone-ups.

  • i know!!! i was like....what the heck? you're not even supposed to eat 3 hours before you go to bed because of 胃酸倒流. the doctor should tell them not to eat right before going to sleep because that's obviously not healthy.
