actually; these thinest people could eat so much without putting on weight; they all have reasons, someone don't eat balanced and healthy food; someone only focus on one meal and eat as much as they can.

I really don't believe that doctor. Unless it's because patients who don't eat during the day will break down glucogen stored in liver for glycolysis; then at night, the extra glucose will then be transferred to glucagon that is consumed during the day?

我只覺得 這醫生在製造病人 好讓人去醫院溶脂
宵夜這東西 減肥的人根本不敢碰,真的很餓也只敢吃些非澱粉類的東西充下飢,白天有在活動,熱量也比較容易消耗,晚上宵夜都要睡覺了活動量哪能跟白天比.....
而且餓一天 只吃宵夜那種人 通常都會有補償心理,想說一天沒吃飯,宵夜的量很容易吃超過正餐的份量,搞到後來肚子裡面塞一堆東西去睡覺,長期下來10之89胃食道逆流,就算真會瘦也賠掉健康。
傻了才會去嘗試這醫生的建議...

反而我現在上白天班 宵夜改不了反而胖一點(2-3公斤)!
只是吃完確實要過兩個鐘頭在睡覺~否則會增加食道癌的機率~

Thin people who tell others that they eat a lot is probably fake because of a couple of reasons:
1) they eat a lot one day and then nothing for the rest of the week
2) they compare themselves to the wrong people who eat very little.
Seriously they tend to take up the wrong nutrients by eating junk food or something... so they are still malnutritious.

吃宵夜對腸胃不好,腸胃蠕動變慢,胃黏膜受刺激,然後會有胃酸倒流之類的問題。久而久之,會有胃癌,糖尿病
所以盡量不要吃宵夜,就算要吃,也要在吃完2-3個小時以後才能睡呀~也許吃宵夜不是增胖最大原因,但是還是不健康,不應該鼓勵其他人呀

@hiuming819 医生或许说的没错。我不吃宵夜,第二天到9点就饿了,就要吃东西,吃了宵夜,第二天12点才饿。所以无论是否吃宵夜,到第二天12点时,实际上我的热量的摄取和消耗是一样的。只不过宵夜如果是淀粉类,就会很容易被囤积。泡面是减肥的人最不能碰的食物,这是常识吧,小S还在那里不停的说泡面。
