Bluejacking is primarily used by advertisers/spammers, that's why if you enter a built up shopping mall or area you can sometimes receive tons of unsolicited bluetooth messages, there's also other bluetooth tricks I think called blackjacking which is used by hackers to steal phone numbers, take control of phones, copy data etc.
