  • If I could give this a thousand likes. I. Would. I wish I loved back then, and, oh! No GRINDING. Gotta love it!!!!! Good job people you knew how to have a party without being sexual!

  • Techno percussion mixed with drums-best of both worlds-gotta love that

  • @bhols52 then Im a douchbag....and I dont give a fuck if this shitty band still is played on the radio because Manson is too.

  • Incredibly good considering it looks like this is completely live. No backing track at all as far as I can tell, so they decided to make it sound a little different than the album version. Pretty damn cool.

  • I love this song but when I see this video it makes me think " LOOK! Marlyn Manson's Mom!" and BOTDF eat shit! just my opinion but this is HOW IT'S DONE!!!! not that new techno/trance crap they have now.(can't believe I am typing that O.O) they can't even compare with Eurythmic's or music from that era.

  • sweet good old days

  • Muero por los lentes de Lennox

  • Me encanta.

  • Two great women doing a great song! The one doing the background vocals is Eddi Reader - she's great, too! I loved her with Fairground Attraction, but she also did super creative solo songs. And she's also got a great voice.

  • the nerd waving to the camera at 1:56 is my dad :(

  • adore annie

  • Marilyn Manson did better.....and Im not an Anti-Christ so dont comment back at me and say I am.....

  • @Megadeth2109 anyone who thinks Manson did this better is a douchebag. Manson's version has long been forgotten. This still gets played on the radio.

  • love it

  • Awesome song

  • hope haley reinhart will nail this song in american idol

  • isn't it Eddi Reader from the band : Fairground attraction with her singing ???? :))

  • The Eurythmics were a class act live, some great music talent there, a good drummmer can really energize a groups performance.

  • just aaaweeesooomee..

  • just fab!

  • Anyone think that the keyboard sounds a bit like the soundtrack from Escape from New York?

  • THERE WAS SOMEONE DIFFERENT IN THE BAND EVERY WEEK - HOW DO WE KNOW WHICH ONE IS THE REAL ONE Ô¿Ô

  • Clem Burke on drums. BLONDDIIIIEEEE!!!!

  • It's what I love...can't sit still, need to get up and dance every time I hear this song.

  • A little fast for my ear.

  • Really awesome song and voice IMO.

  • annie lennox looks like such a badass in this vid.

  • @hamdigidy It isn't really about what she dresses in, is it? It's about the music.

  • ich mag das lied eigh. sehr ....

aber die version find ich nicht sooo toll -

    1. gekürzt

    2. ich besonders gut gesungen ...

wie gesagt - ich mag eurythmics sehr , besonder das lied , aber naja :D

  • she's the only one that can pull off orange hair like this.

  • The girl singer looks like the singer from Judast Priest

  • malin manson is a talentless cunt...original is always best

  • This version sounds better than the music video one. Much more catchy

  • seriously...?

  • i fuckin love both versions

  • stupid?

  • evrivodi is lukin or somenetink

  • agh! i love this !

  • Fantastic. Thanks for posting this! Great to see them this early live. (Is this the disco "Heaven" that they're playing at?)

And the back up singer worked quite well with annie's voice...

    simply awesome music and band!

  • Was this before or after Sweet Dreams was a bit hit in the charts?

  • It's in a different key?

    sounds great :)

  • Cool outfit! Love the 80's!

  • who didnt.

  • She's definaly got it going on !

  • That back up singer is an at the time unknown Eddi Reader who later fronted Fairground Attraction with their hit Perfect. She now is solo, she won a Brit Award in 1995.

  • omg i adore the dancers at 1:41 onwards woo retroness at a high kool ! x love ya annie woo : )

  • Check out Clem Burke from Blondie on drums! I didn't realise he knew them in the early days as well.

  • He played on their first album "In the Garden"

  • The back up singer in gloves....Does she even know whys she's there?

  • yeaaah live @ the tube 1983.

  • I LOVE THIS!

  • yeah surely is one of the first performances.. if not there would have been a big screaming of the people at the start of the synth line

  • Her outfit is so extremely cool. Only Annie can wear that with grace and style.

  • MANY thankS for that vid/ good to see something rare and each time a thrill to hear that magic OF ANNIE LENNOX VOICE/ ANNIE LENNOX S FAN .... SYLVERSLY / GIVE ME MORE OF HER MORE MORE ... AND MORE.. SHE S ONLY EXCEPTIONNAL . SYLVERSLY
