  • Tabs=crap

  • how do you make a selection in feedback as star power?

  • Kotti, you and Puppetz are amazing!

  • is there any way to chart drums with feedback

  • Yeah, I think it's F8. GHex doesn't support it, but some version of chart2mid does.

  • thanks i have .97?

  • I created the begin of my song now, but I wanna test if it works on FoFiX. How can I do that?

  • LOL CLUTTERED DESKTOP <3

  • Remember this: A cluttered desk means a cluttered mind.

But what would an empty desk mean?

  • did you release this chart?

  • AILD:) \m/ Dude do u made some good songs for frets? Mayby u could send me some? Cos those on the net suck;/ some are palyed with the vocals and not with the guitar;/

  • frets on fire forum -> Tune Posting.. DOOOOOOOOWNLOAD

  • Thanks for this kotti, definitely needed this!

  • Call me retard, call me anything! On Feedback, after I choose "New Chart" HOW THE HELL DO I OPEN FOLDERS ON MY COMPUTER. I can only choose 3 fucking songs already existing in the program.

  • Just copy the mp3/ogg to the Feedback/songs folder so you can open it.

  • Thanks! Now I have the last problem, I can't find the same GHex you have.

  • No problem. You don't have to have to have that exact GHex, you can look for Leff's chart2mid converter which does the same thing. It can also be used to convert files with drum track, which you can't do with GHex.

  • When I start GHex, everything on the program is empty. There's nothing in the list to the left. How do I open my chart?

  • You're missing some file from it. I think it's either .ark or .hex, I don't remember. I recommend trying chart2mid, it does the same thing and it's easier to find files for it.

  • Use chart2mid, I do it and it works perfectly fine.

  • Thanks, all problems solved :)

  • Could you tell me where to download Ghex, please?

  • nvm figured out anything, now I can fret songs yay. nice vid

  • ?? :s I have a mp3 music file and I want to open it with guitar pro and then export as midi?

  • I call that a quick response, anyway, what do I do then? <_<

  • how do you open music in guitar pro? or convert mp3 files to gp5

  • You don't. You open GP5 tabs in GP5 and export them as midi.

  • Wait listening to the song there is not even close to that many beats. You just way overcharted it!? am i wrong.

  • Guitar or drums? Guitar isn't overcharted, dunno about drums. I'm not good at charting them, I was only demonstrating how to do it.

  • the bpm analyzer is wrong. What else can I use?

  • Guess it? Eventually you'll find the right BPM.

  • Does the BPM analyzer find the average of the BPM? like if the BPm is not consistent(the same)throughout the whole song, does it find the average of the BPM's?

  • If the snog has BPM changes, you can't use the analyzer.

  • Okidoki, Thanks Kotti

  • i know...im part of it

  • I know KOF is keyboards on fire, but is fof-ff fretsonfire ign ikonboard or w.e? Anyways, most links are from many years ago, thats all i mean.

  • Fof-ff is Frets on Fire Fan Forum. There's a link in video description.

  • Thanks for that! :)

  • thx man....i like it but it seems too complicated for me....by the way....i don't see many recent posts on the site...do people even use it anymore? most posts are from last year

  • What do you mean? The tutorial was posted on Jan. 03 2008

  • most posts are from 2006 or 2007, well the posts for songs anyway. It seems that the few people that ARE active seem to not post songs, but just down load them. When i first started, I assumed that frets on fire was a fad that was around 2006-2008, then like all fads, end and ppl move on to bigger and better things. Is this the case, or are there still active people?

  • What forums have you been reading? FoF-FF is full of active members, I don't know about KoF, it might be dying. Also, there's a lot more songs coming than before. There's some new songs pretty much daily.

  • Really helpful tutorial.
