You know, I just realized that after reading your video synopsis, you mention the three years in which Oscar was awarded to the Actress, Actor (Best Picture, Director and Screenplay as well), but 1981 needs to be changed to 1991.

I hate being 'technical', but I know you meant well -hehehe-

The synopsis just says that the actors and actresses in those years won for being in the same film, and so he used a clip that featured both in the same frame. So while you are correct in saying only three films won the big five, the synopsis is referring to just Best Actor and Actress in the same film, and there's several of those: 1934, 1975, 1978, 1981, 1991 and 1997.
