Liam Neeson would be way more suited to Demandred; this based both on their looks and their mutual status as badasses. Most of what we see of Aginor would be special effects due to the 3000 years he has had to age and he is killed quite quickly and turns into Osan'Gar. Demandred's around a lot longer and who wouldn't want more of Neeson eh? Another option for Neeson could be Mazrim Taim too.
I agree with your pick of Semirhage, Aran'gar, Moridin, Graendal, Ishamael, and Cyndane. Not so much with the others. Liam Neeson should be Demandred.

SMG is not Graendal...Graendal is probably one of my favourite characters, she is a survivor...she is more fleshy, as in curvaceous...I picture her kind of like Anna Nicole, which obviously can't play her...but that type of curvy body with hips and breasts, very hour glass body...
i am a huge fan of the books and i must say i love your choices for the forsaken however i think that lanfear ahould be played by angelina jolie, and megan fox should play selene, lanfear using the illusion weave before showing her self to rand as she is other than that i think the rest of ur choices are perfect matches.

As with everybody else I would swap and switch here and there, but as I was halfway through the second video I started imaging what this would do for the movie industry! Then I started imagining what this would do for the the fantasy industry!!! Awesome awesome awesome. Again, great choices. I wish I could go through and add comments as the video was running.

I really like some of your cholices! I love Angela Basset for Semmirhage! I was also thinking Daniel Craig for Sammael, but I had thought of Wynona Rider for Mogheiden. I think that Sarah Michelle Gellar might be a little too thin for Graendal, I was thinking somewhere along the lines of Kate Winslet. These were just some ideas that I had, take them with a grain of salt. Thanks for opening my eyes to some new possibilities!!
