Yeah. Flying mounts are currently obtainable at level 70, but they're getting dropped to level 60 with the upcoming 3.2 content patch.

The prices are relatively cheap, it's the flight training that kills you (5000g for epic flight), but this cost is being adjusted with faction rep in the 3.2 patch.
