Very cool. I just found this from the Harmony Central forum. It takes a lot of skill to program a whole show like that on a laptop. What is your setup? Are you running the programming through a DAW?
Thanks. Actually, I don't really "program" anything. I basically learn all the instruments in a cover song by ear, figure out how to play them with a similar feel/expression, and then I hit the record button and play them one at a time. So...I'm not really "programming" I'm just learning, playing, and recording. MOTU Digital Performer is the DAW I use for recording, and it's being used in these videos to play back the final produced/mixed audio. Hope that helps!
I got this link from your HC review on the Axe-FX unit. Hey, you're having a swingin' there there, partnr'. Sounds good too! How's that Axe-FX? I've been looking to go digital once & for all, but i'm an "old schooler" and can't break away from amps & dials. I'm just an at-home noodler now; but the amp / stomp thing is gettin' old. I'd like stay in touch to perhaps get a few "tips" on usage one day...since these processors require a shift in "mindset". Thx for the clip! and keep on rockin'
The men appear so late because women get started WAY before the men. But once the women are primed the party really gets into gear.
Yes it can get a good AC30 sound with the big crashy/splashy high end content. Hit the website and email me & I can email another video with some beatles in it.
Thanks for the video - was really fun watching :) Why did the men appear so late?
Got here through your link in harmony central from your axe-fx review. Can the Axe-Fx get a decent AC30 sound - with the articulate, high resolution, chimey sound?
