The wheels are too small, it doesn't go very fast cause the gear ratio with those little wheels is all phuk3d up. The engine is redlined and spinning the wheels as fast as it can. The sprocket is almost as big as the wheel. Try and fit a 4-5 number bigger sprocket in the front. That might get you more speed
