@smeexy101 i'm not 100% understanding your comment, but if you mean you dont have any editing software, you will need to download/buy an editing program. has nothing to do with IMVU itself because it those programs have many functions besides creating IMVU products. this one is Adobe Photoshop CS3 Extended Edition (as said in the video) this costs money, but you can use the trial version for 30 days i believe.

@LalaBadd more than likely you opened the jeans up on a file or did not copy and paste it onto a new file with a transparent background. i think all you have to do is press ctrl + a on the original jeans image, then press ctrl + c. after that, go to file > new and open a new one and make sure the background is transparent on the new one. then, while on the new one, press ctrl +v.

I made this video over 2 years ago; I do not have the link to the jeans I used. That aside, the point was to show people how I create jeans and if they wanted to, they would have to find their own jeans. I don't see the point in providing the same jeans I used in the video so people could go make the exact same thing.

Sorry for the late reply. In the video I said to type in jeans or a brand of jeans. I personally do not do that method... I use(d) fashion blogs.
To be honest with you, I RARELY found jeans like that. I work(ed) with a mix of both jeans on people and jeans not on people. If they were not on people, they were still never as "neat" (ready to use) than those in the video.

Photoshop CS3 Extended Edition. I actually say it in this video, but I say "The medium I use is Photoshop CS3 Extended Edition..." and later say other ones that work. But, people seem to miss that... maybe because of the word "medium". I have now added an annotation to every video saying "I AM USING PHOTOSHOP CS3 EXTENDED EDITION!!!" Well omar.. I tell you in the tutorial where to get that jean template. If you are new to developing, IMVU has a place to educate you. You can find it on the site under Create then "Education Center". Most templates are in the description of the product you are trying to derive from. I am not the IMVU Professor/Teacher, a lot of the information I give is around, you just have to look like I did when I started. Idk whats up with YouTube but it wouldn't let me reply to you for the longest.
You can use any type of editing program. You could even use Microsoft Paint if you wanted. People use Photoshop, Paintshop, GIMP, etc. because of the tools and possibilities available when you use those programs.

Thanx. I kinda get into that in the other 3 tutorials... the "Move" tool moves layers. Looks like a arrow pointer w/ cross hairs that have arrows at the end (of the cross hairs). Another option I used in all the videos was Ctrl + T ... which is free transform, but you can use that to move stuff too.
