The Global War on Terrrrror is the biggest fraud-scam extortion-racket scheme ever perpetrated. The USA Inc. is 14 TRILLION dollars-in-debt. Warmaking and so-called counter-terrorism are non-productive resource-distribution rackets, bypassing representative democratic processes, apportioning future debt-obligations via taxes to mega-corporations in the Securitat & Military industries. The Roots of 'Terrror War' are in America's Foreign Policy intrigues over 50 years, ie. Irresponsible Idiocy
We might be there until 2020, an "estimated" budget until 2021, with 40,000 troop levels in Afghanistan it would bring the total cost of the War on Terror to $1.415 trillion.
It would be too easy to look at old newspapers for quotes from congress-critters, news talking heads, and Shrub himself to the effect that we won't let the terrorists win by attacking ourselves and destroying our freedoms for them.
And they go on talking out of one side of their mouths and allowing and encouraging the same crap again & again.
I'll bet that on the very day, and certainly in the immediate days after 9/11, you'd find such quotes. I distinctly remember fore-seeing this day, and hearing about it from different sources on all colors of the political party spectrum.
John Duncan is definitely the best member of the U.S. House from TN right now. Although we in northwest TN have elected a very fine fellow, Stephen Fincher, who is a Tea Party member who we have very high hopes for once he is sworn into office next year. Hopefully, they both will follow the lead of the greates in Congress of them all right now, RON PAUL. Thanks. Respectfully, RN
I am pretty liberal, but I can get behind republicans like this, even though I doubt I would get behind his domestic policy. At least guys like him and Paul have principal.
It turns out that Michael Chertoff has an ownership position in the company that makes the full body scanning machines that are just about to be adopted in a big way to up the ante on travel screening worldwide. Couldn"t keep your hands out of the terror profit till could you Mr. C?
@ourearthhome Yep $150,000 Each One Too. : -))) Like a horse (with two sides of its mouth one side called Repub the other side of mouth Democ: One saying OMG wasting money on terrorism the other side 'He he he he our plan of keeping people scared fearful + shaking while you over there; horsy; tells how we should cut the spending on every 'Made up threat.' How about asking them BOTH behind closed doors: How are your covert 'stir-up trouble groups doing over there'? I hear the snickers. DUH!

What an astonishingly sensible speech. We should all support John Duncan and ask our own representatives to emulate him.
