Actually, the Clintons made it racial. If you check the early polls, Hillary led Obama by huge margins among blacks. But when BO started to catch fire and attract more black support in the process, Billary started to race bait because they realized this guy wasn't some fringe n****r like Sharpton who was gonna go away. Obama NEVER made race an issue - HRC Inc. did.

Clinton was so far ahead because no one thought he would get a majority of votes anywhere, but he did, and as soon as that was realized then the black supporters saw they had a real possibility of a black candidate and they jumped ship.
