Maybe the child was not at fault when they were a child and had no control over the parents Illegal entry into the U.S. But once that child has reached adulthood and then made a decision to continue the criminal activity of their parents by remaining here illegally, then they too are now a criminal.
We don't accept excuses that, " Oh I'm sorry I'm a Bank Robber, It's all I know because my parent raised me as a Bank Robber. NO.. That's no excuse for breaking the law.

This kids parents came here illegally, they are criminals and were rightfully deported.
Why is this so difficult to understand? I feel sorry for the kid,but his parents did this to him. They are not like any other family, they are illegal. What about the people paying for this criminal activity? Why is it ok to force us to pay for them?
I'm going to sound like an ass here but if his mother is Illegal then she needs to be sent home! This country allows 2 million Legal immigrants into this country yearly... thats more than the rest of the world combined. Only 60% of the illegals in this country come from Mexico, Central, or South America. There are 15,000 illegal White immigrants that were born in the U.K. and live here. If we tell people its okay to break the law then its okay to break any law. Send them home, then let them come
Obamas illegal Kenyan Auntie Zeituni Onyango who had 2004 deportation order wins the right to stay in America. She arrived in America on a temporary visa in 2000. Her first request for asylum was rejected and she did not comply with the 2004 deportation order. A judge ruled that, she would be allowed to stay in the country despite the deportation! Nepotism ? Strings were pulled ? What you think?
Illigal means breaking the law. What point is there to the law if there are no consequences to breaking the law? Marijuana is illegal and if you're cought posessing it you'll go to jail. How is breaking this law different from breaking emmigration LAWS? Illegals commited a crime entering this country illegally. They have no right to be here, breed here, work here, whine when they're cought and deported etc.. Should just be glad there not slammed in jail
Chill out boy the borders are coming down soon US Canada and Mexico will be one soon your papa will be able to return. Just don't expect him to find any work here when that happens cause all the American jobs will be taken by starving mexicans who will legally invade this land soon. I guess we'll all starve together
I hope California accepts the same law as Arizona did on illegal immigration, why are they breaking the law, if obama is defending them, then obama is breaking the law too, how can you defend illegal immigrants? Can someone explain that to me, our supposely genious president defending illegals?
your dad deserved to go to jail. he was breaking the law, the law is the law. mexicans think they are the only ones who suffer from the law. some dude in some hick state got sent to prison because his daughter ditched school, how is that fair?
@FanFan2020 "some dude in some hick state got sent to prison because his daughter ditched school, how is that fair? " = irresponsible - And you compare that to this Video... lol you must be that "dude"
I'm probably the only college aged white individual in San Diego County or at least North County that thinks this:
I am in agreement with legalization and the dream act idea. For starters , I don't think we should deport parents of legal citizens that have been going to school and havn't been hurting anyone.
Second , any deportation should be prioritized on those who engage in frequent criminal behavior (such as murder/rape) , not on mothers and their children.
It is just intolerable that we are still in the "business" of splitting up families and paying off Republican campaign contributors who own for-profit jails by locking up non-criminals for $140/day when if you want to keep track of someone until they leave, an electronic bracelet will d the same thing for $18/day.
@nedhamson locking up non-criminals? ok einstein. get a clue. breaking the law makes you a criminal, illegals commited a crime entering this country illegally duh.. only in america can you enter illegally claim slavery when you dont like your illegal paycheck and whine when you'r being deported as if you had any civil rights and it's americans who support the this crap. we're dumb as a nation, no wonder we're #47 in education lol

Immigrants are fine;illegals are NOT.
Sorry your dad came here illegally so you can be a citizen. Shouldn't have happened.
Where's the kid who's parent broke the laws and is in jail. Why don't you show one who can't see he dad because he broke the law.
All BS.

The U.S. GOVT should be ashamed of what they did to this family. I truly hope they can get their father back.
