This kids parents came here illegally, they are criminals and were rightfully deported.

Why is this so difficult to understand? I feel sorry for the kid,but his parents did this to him. They are not like any other family, they are illegal. What about the people paying for this criminal activity? Why is it ok to force us to pay for them?

I'm going to sound like an ass here but if his mother is Illegal then she needs to be sent home! This country allows 2 million Legal immigrants into this country yearly... thats more than the rest of the world combined. Only 60% of the illegals in this country come from Mexico, Central, or South America. There are 15,000 illegal White immigrants that were born in the U.K. and live here. If we tell people its okay to break the law then its okay to break any law. Send them home, then let them come

Obamas illegal Kenyan Auntie Zeituni Onyango who had 2004 deportation order wins the right to stay in America. She arrived in America on a temporary visa in 2000. Her first request for asylum was rejected and she did not comply with the 2004 deportation order. A judge ruled that, she would be allowed to stay in the country despite the deportation! Nepotism ? Strings were pulled ? What you think?

Illigal means breaking the law. What point is there to the law if there are no consequences to breaking the law? Marijuana is illegal and if you're cought posessing it you'll go to jail. How is breaking this law different from breaking emmigration LAWS? Illegals commited a crime entering this country illegally. They have no right to be here, breed here, work here, whine when they're cought and deported etc.. Should just be glad there not slammed in jail

I'm probably the only college aged white individual in San Diego County or at least North County that thinks this:

I am in agreement with legalization and the dream act idea. For starters , I don't think we should deport parents of legal citizens that have been going to school and havn't been hurting anyone.

Second , any deportation should be prioritized on those who engage in frequent criminal behavior (such as murder/rape) , not on mothers and their children.

It is just intolerable that we are still in the "business" of splitting up families and paying off Republican campaign contributors who own for-profit jails by locking up non-criminals for $140/day when if you want to keep track of someone until they leave, an electronic bracelet will d the same thing for $18/day.
