@Edge0fPain Only for a while. Computers were super expensive, only the richest institutions could have them. Look at them now. The high price the rich are willing to pay for new things helps fuel improvements in manufacturing until the price gets driven down to open up the consumer base. Also, I'm sure there would be a big outcry about something so life changing. Assuming we still live in a democracy, there would be a drive to distribute it equally for votes.
