It's an Axial AX-10/Scorpion and they can cost anywhere from $200-250ish new. You can search litterally anywhere for them online and find one. There's probably a million parts for them and they're quite affordable to modify. They are specifically designed for rock crawling and offroad use out of the box. Just make sure to waterproof it before you hit water.
