sorry User Preferences panel, clicking on THEMES you will have access to add, reload, delete or chose among all installed themes, including the default one.
thanks for sharing. However if you want to go back to the older theme, pressing factory default will delete all your windows arrangement too. If you need to go back you should go to the setting panel and load the particular default theme. You know Blender2.48a comes with two...That way you only reload you former theme, no the whole thing. Thanks for sharing though I did not know that theme page for blender....!!!
