what happens to the engine once upside down in the water?

can you just flip the boat and start it up if the kill cord stops it before it sucks in water or is it always a case of stripping the engine down?!

I have fliped once with a inflatable and a 10 hp mariner... flipped it back crack the engine 10 min later and worked just fine

Awesome wipe out, i flipped mine in Durban behind the shark nets and full tilt alone.............I know not clever but no one wanted to go withme???????????? love them to bits, fast enought to out manuver some jet skies too.

@mariner10rpr without prop guard u have so much more punch coz theres no drag and also when racing u dont use one coz sometimes u get tangled in weed probably loose 5-10 ks all the boats are made to run equal so that small amount lost is a bad thing

never flipped a cat, although earlier on i did a backwards superman and landed about 30 feet away from it!! no crashmat, no foot straps!!! keep em' lit folks!!!! Thundercat community is growing in Ireland, and about time!! Nice flip by the way. Its not formula one, but what else gets you g-forces, adrenaline and that much fun for the price?? NOTHING!! lol.
