Oh! I got a video to top this one. If I can find out which one of my ZNM LS Members recorded it (ZeniBailout). basically 12 of us remaining after a dropless couple of T4's on Tinenn. We did a stray Deo. I was on puppetmaster that night and set my BLM Frame to follow Deo. Well unfortunetly, we all ended up eating dirt in 3 minutes in. I was knocked out 5 minutes in and stayed KOed for the rest of the fight. our PLD was the only one alive who someone managed to kill deo while Kiting him xD

They haven't camped Ixion since this video was made. If they had, I would have kept recording and made a grand scale death video, with 10 straight minutes of nothing but a death every few seconds. Would have taken only 1 more Ixion claim to make it.
It doesnt require to have PLD75 on your own char to run away to the side when u see DI blinking. Also it doesnt require a PLD75 on own char to count to 3.

You seem to misunderstand. We don't care that they claimed Dark Ixion. We didn't even attempt to claim it, and we didn't have people scouting. We had just finished Khimaira and most people were going to bed for the night.
If any other shell had claimed, no one would have moved. Everyone would have gone to bed as normal.
We only showed up to watch the spectacular amount of deaths, and this Ixion wasn't even their worst (the 89 deaths the night before).

For the record, I play on the titan server, have since the server was released (about 7 years now) and i've seen some serious shells do odd, stupid shit, but this one takes the cake. Claiming DI requires throwing an item... not a voke macro, so wtf is a bot going to help with? For them to boast about a bot, then claim an HNM that doesn't even require one is retarded. Most people have the flashing pol thing symbolizing a message because they buy their accounts and can't check their e-mail due to not knowing the password. Either that or they're just too lazy to check their mail.
Its not a miracle to do prep work and claim things. Its not magical to go "10 minutes until 3rd to last window. Lets escape out to see if we can claim while they're not ready". Its also not magical to have the entire ls equipped with movement speed, be it gaiters, wlegs, skadi, sprinters shoes, or hermes sandals so you can rush a camp quickly.
Like I said, not everyone bots or hacks. If you think someone pos hacked, call a GM. Believe me, if I saw an ls member pos hack or speed hack, I would.
We claimed because they were so sure they had no competition, they didn't claim on pop. We had just arrived in the zone and claimed within 30 seconds of appearing.
And they're the ones claiming they have this awesome bot, from their own mouths. Bots don't help if you suck though. Their own LS members are also the ones talking about how they speed hack and etc to claim things like Ixion.
Also, most of their big claims have been kings, which is no big deal, we don't do those really. The sticker was they showed up and their LS leader flat out said "you guys can retire now, we're going to be claiming everything 100% from now on with our awesome bot".
The boasting is what makes it so enjoyable to beat them and watch them die over and over and over to mobs they have no business even attempting with their skill level.
Except NOT all HNM shells, people who do bot use that for an attempt to justify their botting.
As for showing up at that cerb with no AC available, if anyone in your shell had been watching us, we escaped 12 people through Halvung into Mount Z and were already on our way to Cerb where it popped that time. I was personally at the gate reapplying invis when it appeared. There was no hacks or anything involved.
It was just luck that it happened to appear when we had just entered the zone.
Also for any neutral parties who don't play or titan or know the situation, There was only 3 windows left on Cerb which is why we were heading out. QPQ had a party out there for the 15 hours prior to that waiting for the pop.

the issue isnt that they bot, its that they have a 3k US Dollars bot to claim monsters that they cant even kill properly. Wouldnt be needing the bot if they went where their skill level denotes! i.e Sky then again that might be too much too. Plz dun hurt me Genbu :)
Except we don't bot, and our claim record is pretty good attestation to that. We almost never claim anything, and have picked up more Kings from other linkshells who do bot and wipe because a bot can't help you kill the mob. We also actively remove members who are caught botting, so if anyone does have a bot, they rarely if ever use it for fear of being kicked over it.

Well the problem with saying "leave them alone" is that, by using their fancy bot, they are taking this mob away from other people who need it. And the fact that it takes forever for them to kill the mob is just adding insult to injury because that is time that could have been going on the counter until the mob pops again and other people could maybe get another chance to grab the mob. So when they are keeping other people from playing the game, all semblance of sportsmanship can be thrown out.
If you knew anything about youtube, they're the ones who make it all grainy so it costs them less to stream the video. My version, if I loaded it on filefront or something, is as clear as the initial recording.
What makes this funny is if you know the ls in question. Heres some history:
They came from phoenix, and in the first day they were announceing that this is their 3rd server and they were gonna take over the server so all the HNMls can disband.
They rampantly bot and use fleehacks to claim Ixion (as reported by a member of their ls).
So yeah, watching them die in large amounts while bragging about their skill with the bots is very funny.

They bought director accounts on youtube, which allows you to surpass the 10 minute limit and makes all videos automaticly high quality.
