Why are you selling your Spectrum and Commodore 64 and games, surely they make your collection of 8 bit machines? I am a computer game rather than console game collector, so I have my Spectrum 48k, Vic-20, Commodore 64, Atari ST and Commodore Amiga machines/games along with a PC and all my DOS PC games. I have about 1,000 games from 1983 to 1999 plus my regular modern PC games. If I had a collection as full as yours, I would have definitely hung onto my Spectrum and Commodore 64! :)

@HardWarUK Neither the Spectrum or Commodore held any memories for me as I didn't have them as a kid... I had the Amstrad 464 which ive kept hold of.... the Speccie and Commodore can always be bought fairly cheaply later on down the line so for now im keeping my focus on the Mega Drive collection :)

Nice collection :). Your Mega Drives look really shiny. How did you clean them?

I clean all the small gaps etc with cotton-buds and WD40... the case itself I use a soft cloth with WD40 and leave it to try out for a few days before picking it up/moving it around... :)

Yes it was Pitfall 2 - I managed to get it as part of a bundle deal off one of the Retro Gamer forum members... still not got round to playing it but will see if I can sort a GamePlay for you later on in the week :)

cool stuff man yea i have a huge megadrive launch poster like about 3 foot by five got it from my older cousin who worked in a games store in dublin city centre so thats like my pride and joy i also have a savage shining force promo figure a bit taller than an action man the main character holding his sword in the air on a grass stand savage thing i think its jap import cause its jap writing underneath it

Thanks matey - I've only got x2 games for it and both of them I've GamePlayed on already... Games for it are quite expensive over here so its kind of taken a backseat to my other consoles at the moment... I'd love to get Bonks Adventure and a few others on it though... :)

I have the same problem with buying TG16 games. I can find them but they are very costly. I have 8 games for it but those are mostly common ones that are not too expensive.
