That is your opinion. It's true that Sasuke's actions towards Sakura could be considered friendly, or romantic depending on your point of view. Sakura has no shown any implication that she is crushing on Naruto. If NaruSaku is going to happen, it is going to take much longer than ever expected because Hinata confessed to Naruto. Naruto isn't heartless enough to get together with Sakura (as if she'd let him) right after Hinata says she loves him and would die for him. Don't pick fights.

Sasuke has his 1st priority as killing Itachi. Reviving his clan was below that, so he wouldn't have been looking for love in Part 1. I can't see what's not there.
