Top 3 are most likely MK, Diddy, and Snake (possibly Wario and Falco added in there). But matchups only exist in terms of proper play and tiers only refer to all matchups (as in, even though MK is better than snake, Snake massively counters Ice Climbers while MK only barely.) If someone doesn't know the matchup, they will lose anyway such as here.
