It's the fourth movement of Suite bergamasque (Clair de Lune), and yes, it is in the beginning or Gekkou (I love that song) but no, the song itself has no relation to twilight (especially considering it was written in 1890!). Even if twilight used the song in the movie(s) (I dont watch it so I dont know) the song has nothing to do with twilight.
