  • Sorry bro.... You got the last part of the Eight Methods down to a science... I think I still have a ways to go on 360 degree awareness... lol

  • Although people may be of a different branches, we are all part of the same tree that is liuhebafa. That is how i see it. Zealously saying this or that is the "real" one or nit-picking this technique or method over that is not needed to be done by mere students of the way. That is for our Masters and Grandmasters to discuss and debate the merits it any of that topic amoung themselves and not for us as learners. The Masters and GM.s are the roots of this tree, we are merely the leaves on it.

  • Please let me know what you think of the vid sent. It is borne from the need to cultivate and refine my style through liuhebafa wisdoms... G

  • @ANGELSGYMSINGH this is a different form that i am familiar with. i am also still learning and i am of a different line of liuhebafa so it is difficult to comment other than to say that this is a beautiful form and that it was perfromed very well. The liuhebafa form that i was taught was descended from the line of Grandmaster Chan Yik Yan (Chen Yi Ren) 1909-1982. I learned it from a student of a student of Grandmaster Chan. Although we are of different braches, we are all of the same tree.

  • @naumutroi ... Thank you sister. I am honored by your observation and comment. The form I asked you to review and comment on is my family Martial Art called Wuwater Tigerboxing. It is the result of practicing and executing form and function in competitive and combative situations. Further research of other internal pugilism wisdoms and scrutinizing my own style allowed me to refine and cultivate my expression of martial and medical intent. Liuhebafa wisdoms are a huge part of that reseach.

  • @ANGELSGYMSINGH i am not a sister lol i am a brother.

  • This is bullshit This is not the true form

  • @hyoung888888 perhap not the form you learned but Liuhebafa is a series of wisdoms applied to those who are adepts in their own styles of neijia or waijia. She seems to be applying all of the harmonies and methods of those philosophies. There are masters who have standardized forms for others to learn who are not adepts in their own styles. But I can tell you that when the wisdoms of liuhebafa are applied to other standardized forms like the Wu style there are many changes that will occur.

  • @ANGELSGYMSINGH

Hi Thanks for the Philosophies:-) A path towards wisdom! - To master one’s emotion is to master one’s life. Learn calmness & innerpeace is to enjoy peace in your life. Good Day! :-)

  • @ginarita You are very welcome.....

  • @ANGELSGYMSINGH hyoung888888 is zealous in his loyalty to his own style of liuhebafa but his zeal may have made him less than polite. i on occasion have forgotten such ettiquette as well. There are many branches of liuhebafa. My branch is from a student of a student of Grandmaster Chan Yik Yan who was taught by Grandmaster Wu Yi Hui. The standardized forms you speak of are six empty hand forms, three weapon forms and the various Internal exercises. The Zhu-Jī i learned had 700 movements in it.

  • @naumutroi... It is obvious that you are as cultivated within as your expression of martial virtues when you perform your form. I may be coming to China with my family to live for some time. I will get to experience and learn from many different styles of internal pugilism. If I am graced with the opportunity to see your style pratd I now have a frame of reference to understand it.... Thank you..... G .

  • @ANGELSGYMSINGH thank you. i have not finished my form. the form is cut into two parts since it is 700 movements. so i am perhaps 10% done. none of the videos on my site have me performing liuhebafa but i have videos of others performing thier expression of liuhebafa. My teacher and his teacher being amoung them in my liuhebafa water boxing series of videos.

  • this is cool and all but it puts me to sleep

  • very nice form, joy to watch

  • Wow, I really like this performer! Nice qi gong!

  • nice

  • anyone notice the 7-11 in the background over her left shoulder? nice!

  • I would like internal peace... and a Big Gulp please.

  • Yes! We are all searching for internal peace.

  • the true flow of chi

  • Body combines w/ mind, mind w/ idea, idea w/chi, chi w/ spirit, spirit w/ movement, and movement w/ emptiness. liu he - 6 combinatons?

  • Very nice but this is not liuhebafa because there is no liuhe or bafa in this form.

  • Agreed

  • Hi Mister,

I really what to see the real liuhe or bafa perhap the eight method. Would you kind to show me please?

  • You're really pretty cool, Gina! Thanks for sharing with us. Would be interested to know what is the specific benefit of this practice.
