This was very insightful. Makes me re-evaluate my gameplay. I am more of a rusher type but my point is that people can learn from this if they pay attention. And I do believe that defensive play is not camping and I think I can speak for everyone that nobody likes a die-hard camper. I have seen my fair share of hamster-ish, dug-in and just sad campers and it is annoying and that is why I use rusher/stealth in my classes. I do not let them dig in period because if they do, then its downhill.
I love how many people call another persons gameplay newbish. The only gaming method that I have no room for is 'EXTREMELY DEFENSIVE GAMEPLAY', or corner sitting bitch for short.
I both run and gun, and I also move tactically, it all depends on who I'm playing, on what map, and where on that map.

This isn't camping. I don't know why you commentators feel the need to justify this strategy. I personally like to run and gun, not too worried about my K/D I mean anyone can get a nuke camping transition areas..but it's a lot more fun doing it while running and gunning with a vector or mp5..with no scavenger. Not knocking the "tactical campers" but...those close calls where your screen is covered in jelly and you hear that sound of the nuke when you get that last kill, that's awesome.

@kankerturk123 I think that the M16 and the Famas are so similar, that it just comes down to personal preference. I myself prefer the M16. I doubt that any one who likes either of them, hates the other one. At least I've never heard or seen any one who thinks that the M16 is great while the Famas sucks, or opposite. :P
I don't understand the 1887's. All other shotguns kill the same, the only difference is that the 1887's have a ridiculously shitty fire rate. True, if they flew on ground level, you could probably take out a pavelow with one hit, but who needs to? M10 (or M14 I don't remember) is still a one shot one kill and has a higher, semi-automatic fire rate. AA12 is cool too even though it's a one and a half shot kill because it's automatic.
@OrganicNoob the 1887s USED to have ridiculous range and akimbo would completely destroy anybody. you could run around with marathon/lightweight/steady aim and get 35+ kills easy

There's a difference when you camp and get kills with kill streaks and when you run around and get kills with your gun. Personally I think running with your gun is more skillfully and that's what we viewers like to see. Claymores definately promote camping because you just sit in one spot or building the whole game

the 1887's were never overpowered. they were what i like to call... REALISTIC! the real 1887 has an effective range of 80 yards with buck shot. its a hunting shotgun. so shut up about the 1887. if you always got killed by them.... stop bitching and learn to play

@Joel4President96 This is game was recorded before a patch was put out that fixed the range. You can't "pre patch" as you said, it was just before they were fixed.

I don't understand the 1887's. All other shotguns kill the same, the only difference is that the 1887's have a ridiculously shitty fire rate. True, if they flew on ground level, you could probably take out a pavelow with one hit, but who needs to? M10 (or M14 I don't remember) is still a one shot one kill and has a higher, semi-automatic fire rate. AA12 is cool too even though it's a one and a half shot kill because it's automatic.

There's a difference when you camp and get kills with kill streaks and when you run around and get kills with your gun. Personally I think running with your gun is more skillfully and that's what we viewers like to see. Claymores definately promote camping because you just sit in one spot or building the whole game

the 1887's were never overpowered. they were what i like to call... REALISTIC! the real 1887 has an effective range of 80 yards with buck shot. its a hunting shotgun. so shut up about the 1887. if you always got killed by them.... stop bitching and learn to play
