Hold down the hang up button for 3 seconds. If this does not work go settings/personal tab/buttons and assign the hang up button to lock on long press.

I have this phone and it's a POS! It's crazy slow and it has issues with battery life. The battery may not be the direct problem but the software that monitors it. If your data service doesn't work and the phone's ROM has been flashed, there's a chance you lose the "update profile" icon to fix that problem, forcing you to perhaps need to hard reset. Whoever designed this phone was on CRACK! ONE plug?! I have to use a damn splitter JUST to charge my phone AND use a headset simultaneously!

Hey Mate ! I have a small dilema :) how can i change the clock from 12h display to 24h ?? i don't really like that AM and PM but i can find a way to change it to 24h :) ! ?!?

2-its great 288mb ram and 500mhz is fast

3-xperia is definitley better though, but just by a little bit, i prefer htc because the full keyboard is just cool

thx for the answer! there was something else as well. I'm thinking of buying this to use for Powerpoint presentations. How does it work. Can it handle the new 2007 Office animations? and can u use the program on the Touch Pro to make alterations.

Wondering about the MSN Live Messenger. Does it work with the keyboard? Does it go to landscape mode so you can use the keyboard to type.

MSN Messenger works perfectly well on this phone.Initially it takes about 2 minutes to set up (if you already have a username) and works well in portrait or landscape mode. I use mine with the keyboard all the time and it is fantastic. I will show this on the next video so you get a better idea.

I have not managed to obtain an Omnia to compare but when comparing to the diamond you will find it performs a bit better. The battery on the Touch Pro is a higher capacity battery but as with all pocket pc's the battery life will depend on what you are doing at the time. Certain functions use the battery quicker than others. On a heavy usage day I have used the battery up in 16 hours. If you just used this for calls then I imagine it would last a week or so.

Nice review! I have had pretty much all my questions answered so far by other videos...but one thing I would like to see that others have not covered is how the keyguard or screen lock works. I will be carrying mine in my pocket and would like to avoid accidental phone calls.Any info on how it works would be awesome!

The key lock is not as simple as it is on simpler phones. With the Touch Pro you need to click on Start/settings/lock to lock it. You can unlock it with a pin code.

If using the phone a lot press the On/Off button located on top and place the phone in standby mode. This disables all of the keys and the screen and will only activate if the On/Off button is pressed. Your phone will still receive calls/messages and will alert you when it is about to activate. I will show this in the next video
