a year and my hair was left about half from start, then i stopped eating carps so much and all of those meds and now my hair is thick again and shines good. If you didnt read my first comment, there was the exact reasons said to same thing that you asked.
@miikuraaa that sounds rather interesting, any sources/facts to support this theory? I would like to have a search around. Ive heard somthing similar to that in a movie about healthy diet.
I assume you haven`t eat before that bread or any kind of grains? Because if you have eaten before that pasta or porridge or any kind of grains it`s not then the grains that helps, its the fat you get from things you put to the bread. Grains makes the same reaction in brains than cocaine or some other strong drug. It destroys intestinals fleece too. Of course if you don`t eat bread every day, its not so bad but still. I had a really thick hair but when I started to eat grains more, it was like
...healthier and if you want to lose weight with safe it will do that. im over 20 years old and when i started my breasts did grow from D to F and lost 20 kilos. And i have get rid of my meds, and desease did get worst with these no fat diets. Now I can enjoy my food and stay healthy. Sorry for the mistakes in the text, i`m from sweden where every doctor gives second diabetes ppl to food standard a low carb, high fat diet.
Non sticks pans will release alot of poisons not healthy at all. You really think that bread is healthy? It causes addiction just like heavy drugs does. If u really want to be healthy, use real butter and leave the bread away more you can enjoy and get rid of about 200 diseases when you add more fat and use less carbs. I have been without meds almost a year for now and I have had colitis since 2001 and before this I have been sick all the time. Read those books about HFLC it will make you...
big mac hamburger does not taste like meat, taste like a moist cardboard garnished with salt and black pepper. i ate a bread with something inside that my tongue couldn't identify as a food, besides it was deceiving my stomach giving me a false sensation of fullness. i just feel it totally dispensable. So ended up unable to even say that hamburger had bad taste or it was disgusting, it was only bland and tasteless. Like eating a corn-made styrofoam... just a piece of something...
I made a bet with a friend and lost, and my punishment was eat a big mac... he thought that i would wanna die... many meat eaters have the silly idea that even we no longer eat meat we still able to appreciating the flavor of the meat. As we see meat as a prohibited sin.
well, any hamburger could be healthy if you simple cut the meat, cheesy and mayonnaise... you know bread is healthy, salad is healthy everything else is healthy, so you don't need to buy expensive organic cheesy that is so hard to find... its easier just don't use it. the fact is people like unhealthy, they love disgusting things like the fat, cooked bloody and that burned crunchy... that's the idea behind of eating a hamburger, eat crap!
@joeglimmix Why would you say that Joe? Vegans and vegetarians are said to be better lovers ;-) More energy, leaner and we don't have bad breath like meat eaters!
I'm surprised as a meat eater you can even get it up, with all that cholesterol clogging up the blood flow :p
Vegetarians live longer and healthier lives than those who put meat in their diet. You couldn't live on a diet of just meat, but you can live a very long and healthy life eating a vegetarian diet.
Why is it that meat eaters are the most ignorant of all??! Perhaps the blood of rotting animal carcasses pollutes the mind, or mad cows disease.
@CompassionateChap That's cute...More flawed/bias statistics from vegetarians/vegans! Please do your research. Weston Price traveled throughout the entire WORLD and studied the diets of people that live in isolation...Funny how he didn't find ANY vegetarian countries. Why are vegetarian/vegans so angry and dogmatic? Must be the lack of tyrptophan....
@timmyxdl So you think vegetarians/vegans studies and stats are more biased than those which are funded by the meat, dairy and drug industrys? Weston Price's studies are limited by comparison to the 1000s of studies and sources from The China Study.
We know most humans eat meat.....but looking at the ones that DON'T eat meat, they lead far healthier lives by comparison....this is universally accepted - why deny it?
@CompassionateChap *Sighs* There is a HUGE difference between pasture raised animals and factory farmed animals. That's what you vegetarians don't get. ALL of the anti-meat/anti-dairy/anti-animal products are from factory farmed animals. The China Study? Is that a joke? it's been debunked plenty of times already...One study in the China Study had it where they fed Whey Protein powder to animals...Wow, so feeding a carcinogenic processed milk protein to animals gives it cancer? Wow, surprising!
@CompassionateChap That's the problem with those statistics...They are heavily flawed and biased! Who are the subjects? Who are the population? What were the variables? Vegans/Vegetarians are more health conscience people. They know to avoid fast food etc...They can EASILY take a population of people eating fast food everyday and say they are "meat eaters" and say "HAHA SEE! The vegetarian/vegan group lived longer than the fastfood, wait I mean meat eater group!"
@timmyxdl Yet you were quite willing to throw "eskimos" as a shining beacon of light for your meat eating cause.....
But since you asked, these studies were across many people in rural and towns in China, where diets were mixed....from high fat/animal protein/low carbs (similar to the average american diet), to low fat, high plant protein, high carb, high fibre diets. Also studies from around the world.
@CompassionateChap You CLEARLY, CLEARLY, missed my point. I will not argue "factory farmed meats". That is terrible in all levels. But to say that ALL meat is bad is just ludicrous. Organic/pastured raised meats is completely different. Pasture raised meats, where the animals actually eat grass aka their natural diet is incredibly healthy and clean. Rich sources of vitamin A, D, CLA, and ideal ratio of Omega 6-3...ALL anti-meat studies use commercial/factory farmed meats. That's a fact.
@timmyxdl Factory farmed meats are less ethical, terrible for the environment....but to say organic/pasture raised meats don't have similar overall effects to health as the factory stuff is rather far fetched and wishful thinking. The fact is people focus in on chemicals more than the actual diet....this has been where people are going wrong. The China Study never began as anti meat - and discusses factory vs organic as well, and the conclusions are the same.
@CompassionateChap If you don't believe it, I DARE you to show me ONE study that says that organic/pasture-raised/Grassfed meats are bad for you. Don't you even dare say China's diet is similar to the average American diet. That's a big joke. the SAD (Standard American Diet) is the king of cancer, GMO's, chemicals, etc) It is in no way similar at all. Not even close. How can you disrespect my people like that even comparing the two? People will laugh at you for even doing that!
@timmyxdl You are placing too much emphasis on GMO/Chemicals, rather than the main issues of animal protein - no matter WHERE you get animal protein from, its an initiator and promotor of cancer. The studies showed that regardless of where animal protein was sourced, the same results applied. Grass fed, or not.
@CompassionateChap Incorrect. There is HUGE difference between organic/pasture raised meats and factory farmed meats. The Omega 6:3 ratio of a grassfed meat is 3:1...While the factory farmed meat is 20-1! There is scientific proof of this. There is also 4 times the amount of CLA...Also, there is less contamination, no e coli worries, and HIGH concentrations of fat soluble vitamins. If you say the studies showed that, please provide the so called "study"...I would love to read it.
@CompassionateChap Oh yeah, you forgot to tell me where I'm suppose to get my Vitamin A, Vitamin D, Vitamin b12, CLA, TRYPTOPHAN (you guys lack this which explains where you guys are so angry), fat soluble vitamins, EPA DHA (for healthy brains), and also help me out with my problem of oxidizing too quickly...Animals products DO NOT cause heart disease and there is plenty of evidence. You are just too dogmatic to realize it.
@timmyxdl Oxidizing? Perhaps if you just switched to a high carb, low-nill animal fat diet, you wouldn't have these problems, as i've already explained all the required nutrients and then some, are obtainable as a vegan or vegetarian. Your suggested requirement of protein sounds ridiculous.....you don't even need half of that. Remember that vegetables provide protein as well, its not meat exclusive. Animal products DO cause heart disease, and there is more evidence to support this.
@CompassionateChap How do they cause heart disease? Funny how when everyone stopped using saturated fat/butter/lard/tallow, and switched to polyunsaturated fat, heart disease sky rocketed! Crazy, huh?
@CompassionateChap How do they cause heart disease? Funny how when everyone stopped using saturated fat/butter/lard/tallow, and switched to polyunsaturated fat, heart disease sky rocketed! Crazy, huh? And what I mean by oxidizing, I BURN THROUGH all of that stuff EXTREMELY quick. I BURN THOUGH vegetables and fruit extremely quick and I crash really really hard. That's what I mean. I need high fat and high protein to SLOW MY METABOLISM down. Jesus, you can't even get basics down...
@timmyxdl If thats the way you want to continue your diet, then fine....but don't say I, and much research and many millions of other people warned you.
@CompassionateChap It's a proven fact that Polyunsaturated fats cause heart disease NOT saturated fat or dietary cholesterol. 77% of plaque in an artery is rancid vegetable oils. Look it up...Saturated fat is extremely stable in high heat. Vegetable oils become rancid from sunlight for christ's sake!
@timmyxdl Oh good one....lets go back to cooking everything in butter ghee and lard!! Why don't we start smoking again and all take drugs? Anymore stupid advice? Drive the wrong way down a one way street? Jump out of a plane with a plastic bag as a parachute?
@CompassionateChap Ummm you do realize how the more saturated the fat is, the MORE STABLE it is right? And guess what, I do cook my food in butter and lard...And guess what? My cholesterol levels are great, my triglyceride levels are low, no heavy metals in my blood, and I'm in the best shape in my life...This isn't 1970 anymore little one. Ancel Keys was WRONG!
@timmyxdl To be honest I have never argued that using vegetable oil is good for you. I cook my food in olive oil and rapeseed oil, so its really irrelevant topic. I don't know if lard/butter is BETTER overall than vegetable oil to cook food in....maybe, maybe not.....but i wouldn't use it, or either. I think rapeseed oil is the best, and its not that expensive either.
As for your cholesterol level - i suspect they could be lower. They are probably "fine" in american doctors terminology....
@CompassionateChap I go to a real MD that's an advocate of Chinese medicine. He's one of the REAL doctors and not one of those crappy idiots that prescribes drugs. Please just stop assuming crap again. Notice how I said I get my blood checked? NO commercial American doctors look at heavy metal and triglycerides in blood. Thank you for making yourself look ignorant YET AGAIN! Also, olive oil and rapeseed aren't good to cook in. They are good for salad dressings but they still become rancid.
@CompassionateChap I merely stated how flawed your "heart disease understanding" is. Animal fats don't clog arteries. Rancid polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats make up an overwhelming part of plaque in an artery. If you don't believe me, look it up! Saturated fat and cholesterol is present to fight off the free radicals. This is can looked up in bio-chemistry. Once again, Ancel Keys was WRONG!
@CompassionateChap You know what the problem is? You are just too dogmatic and narrow-minded. You put "The China Study" on this pedestal and use it as your bible. The China Study is 100% right and everyone is wrong, huh? Hell, more proof is you throw everyone in one category/group and call them "Meat eaters"....When biologically, everyone is different, have different habits, eat different meats, eat different foods, etc...Wouldn't it be unfair to say they are all the same? No?
@timmyxdl Human biology is more or less similar give or take a few variables, i know some have intolerances to some foods etc, but as a group, we are quite similar. Just as lions diets should all contain meat, all humans shouldn't.....IF we want to give ourselves the best possible chance of healthy living.
The China Study (the study in china itself was just one chapter in the book, many many other sources and studies are in there too) - its compelling and the findings are interesting.
@CompassionateChap LOL that's cute....Your whole entire life decisions are based on the China Study? So the China Study is above all else? The China Study is on a pedestal? The China Study is 100% right, and everyone else is wrong? That's really cute...More dogmatic stuff from the veggies!
@timmyxdl No, I was veggie before I read The China Study. However, its the largest study into diet and nutrition to date, and has plenty of sources and experts back it up. As with any study, there will always be some detractors, but those detractors never seem to put together a study anywhere near as comprehensive.
Also, you're obsessed with the word "dogmatic", is it your new word of the week? Did you just buy a dictionary? well done!
@CompassionateChap I use dogmatic because that's what 90% of you are. You are clearly CLEARLY showing it. Your ignoring my information and hand picking what you want to dissect. It's clearly obvious. And no there are NO good plant sources of vitamin A, D, Tryptophan, CLA, and fat soluble vitamins. Beta-carotene is NOT VITAMIN A. Cellulose and phytic acid is PROBLEM with plants. All you do is say "oh whatever! vegans live longer thats a fact!" same old run away line to avoid the information.
@CompassionateChap No reason to eat meat? Please by all means, tell me where do I get my EPA, DHA, Vitamin A (no beta-carotene isn't vitamin A), Vitamin D, CLA, tryptophan, and oh, I like to work out a lot, and I need 1 gram of protein per pound...How can I incorporate 180 grams of protein into my diet? Also, I'm a really really fast oxidizer. I burn through carbs really really quickly...how can I slow it down? So far, only meat brings me into balance....
@timmyxdl Vitamin A is sourced from most fruit and veg, and nuts as well. Vitamin D is also in many veggie sources, mushrooms in particular....also our friend "the sun" provides the best source of Vit D. Vitamin B12 is usually reabsorbed through your gut and colon, but you can also source it from most cereals, soy and rice milk as well. TRYPTOPHAN - wheat, spinach, cabbage, nuts, soybeans, kidney beans. (I find most meat eaters to be the angry ones). 180g protein sounds excessive - be careful.
@CompassionateChap Incorrect. Veg/fruit sources have BETA-CAROTENE! No vitamin A...Our friend, does provide vitamin D, but guess what? When you shower, you wash it all off. Also, in CA right now, it's damn near non-existent. Most people are extremely deficient in vit D. Guess what? That cellulose (something our bodys CANNOT BREAK DOWN) prevents us from getting tryptophan. Sorry, but you just can't get it from plant sources. Plenty of evidence to back this up. Have you even taken Bio-chem before?
@CompassionateChap Wheat, soybeans, kidney beans? LOL maybe all that phytic acid has gone to your brain....Wheat and legumes make people fat. I don't even want to get into gluten intolerance and how soy in general is a terrible food...Meat eaters to be angry? Well, look at your channel and look at the videos you comment on. Not to mention, I got a WHOLE bunch of emails and messages from veggies and they leave long, rude, misinformation/essays.
@timmyxdl Hahahaha, what a load of nonsense, you're jumping on the old bandwagon that carbohydrates are bad for you....is Dr Atkins your hero (he's dead by the way, had heart disease). Unrefined carbs are incredibly healthy, and those foods also contain fantastic amount of fibre and vitamins. Meat contains a small handful of vitamins (which are better sourced elsewhere), cholesterol, fat and NO fibre. I don't know many fat vegetarians, NO fat vegans but many fat meat eaters.
@CompassionateChap LOL! pastured raised meats have TONS of fat soluble vitamins, CLA (good for the nervous system, tryptophan, b12, etc...Please just stop spewing misinformation. Jesus christ. AGAIN, throwing everyone into the "Meat eater" category is just stupid and ignorant. There are TONS of variables and TONS of differences. That's like throwing all Asians into a category and calling them all the same. just plain ignorance.
@timmyxdl ......you came up with three....b12 is a bacteria and reproduced in our guts anyway, which is why vegans in Indian countries NEVER have b12 deficiency. The other nutrients are really unimportant by comparison, and again can be sourced far better from vegetables, which have FAR FAR more nutrients (hence why we can live on plant only diet, but can't on meat only).
@CompassionateChap Ummm you do realize that "meat eaters" don't just eat meat, right? You make it sound like meat eaters avoid vegetables at all costs LOL! Guess what? My diet composes of Pasture raised meats, TONS of organic green vegetables, a few fruits, high levels of omega 3's, cod liver oil (for fat soluble vitamins), NO PROCESSED FOODS, gallon of water everyday, and I only drink matcha. I'm 6'1, 190, 12% body fat, great REAL doctor, low triglycerides and heavy metals in my blood...
@timmyxdl I understand that meat eaters diets also contain vegetables, fruits etc....but when you become a vegetarian, you become far more experimental with fruits, veggies, legumes etc, and have a much much wider variety of these compared with meat eaters and more quantity, as a direct substitute for the animal protein previously consumed.
Timmy, you could be an olympic athlete....and eat organic meat....but still get cancer and heart disease. Animal protein is the key here.
@CompassionateChap There is something called a glycemic index...Since you clearly don't know what it is, high starchy vegetables are not that great for you. Aka, beans, rice, potatoes, etc...What makes fat cells grow? Do you know? INSULIN! NO, thermodynamics have nothing to do with fat cell grow. INSULIN does! Guess what happens if you eat a high starchy diet? Yes, there are unrefined carbs/vegetables/fruits that are HIGH on the glycemic index...I never said carbs are bad.
@timmyxdl Refined rice, pasta etc aren't too great for you in high quantitys....but i've always stated that whole grain foods/plants are perfectly healthy for you. Beans, potatoes, brown rice, brown pasta are superb sources of energy, iron, fibre etc. Its poor advice from idiots who claim carbohydrates are some sort of "evil" that is destroying the health of people. Low carb, high fat diets are a fad....and dangerous to health.
@CompassionateChap AGAIN, LOW CARBing means LOW starchy/refined carbs! That's what they mean. You can eat lettuce, broccoli, green beans etc...Those are LOW in starch. I address this earlier...WHOLE GRAINS are BAD for you. They are filled with gluten, PHYTIC ACID, and are starchy... By default vegetarian diet is healthier than a good meat diet? Please just stop it already...You are making yourself look more and more foolish. You make it sound like people who eat meat are banned from eating vegs.
@timmyxdl No, but people who have a meat based diet tend to have fewer vegetables on their plate by default. The more vegetables a meat eater can eat, the more it will offset their meat eating habits and reduce their cholesterol, where as vegans don't usually need to reduce their cholesterol, as its all produced in the liver, rather than also sourced from diet.
@CompassionateChap It is quite clear now that you lack bio-chemistry knowledge AND you have very limited nutrition education. It's funny how you ignored most of my points and decided to find ways to avoid them. You ignored my Vitamin A/Beta-Carotene/Vitamin D/Sun exposure corrections, CLA, Tryptophan, phytic acid, cell wall/plasma membrane, EPA/DHA, omega 3's, Cellulose...What's wrong? Out of your realm/comfort zone? Did they not mention it in the "China Study"? LOL No veg website for it?
@timmyxdl I ignored them because its nonsense - all of the relevant nutrients (and far more than what meat could EVER provide), and in a plant based diet.
@CompassionateChap Since I have all of that, I have all the nutrient requirements, I have the ideal omega 6:3 ratio, I don't use any toxic beauty products, I detox every other month, I work out all the time, I have a better physique than 95% of the veggies out there, and I feel great all the time...AND I'm stress-free most of the time... This is the ideal optimum diet and I get all the nutrients available...Why should I change again?
@timmyxdl Because you're consuming animal protein which IS linked to many diseases. It doesn't matter how much you work out, as many seemingly "healthy from the outside" people get cancer and heart disease. A good vegetarian diet will obtain far more nutrition than a good omnivorous diet, as meat is animal protein, and will raise blood pressure and cholesterol.
If you want to carry on, then no one is stopping you....just don't say you weren't warned.
@CompassionateChap You don't have to be a vegetarian to eat healthy.Vegatarianism is an option and for some people a lifestyle choice. Pushing your views on others is not helpful. Anyone reading this should look at the studies themselves from BOTH sides and decide for themselves. The truth is Vegatarians get cancer too and being healthy is a combination of diet, exercise and mental outlook.
@CompassionateChap Also, I have an OPEN MIND. My mind is not made up and dogmatic as your's and 90% of the vegans out there. If I hear something I'm not use to hearing, I will LOOK IT UP. I don't hear one thing and decide that it's 100% right and everything is wrong. That's the problem with most people. They read the China Study or whatever, put it on the pedestal, and decide that it's 100% right and everyone is wrong. Science and nutrition are broad subjects you know...Have an OPEN MIND!
@CompassionateChap Kevin Gianni, A vegan like, like yourself, has actually commented on this. He's quite ashamed that vegans like you are dogmatic, angry, and narrow minded. This is coming from a VEGAN! I invite you to check out his "Great health Debate" in a few days...And please by all means come with an open mind. All nutrition experts are going to be debating. Including your hero T Colin Cambell will be debating. It's located at: thegreathealthdebate(DOT)com
@CompassionateChap I hope you realize how your ranting, misinformation, and arguments for meateater vs. veggies is just incredibly unproductive and a WASTE of time. I mean seriously...just look at your previous comments in other videos. I believe I have provided more than enough bio-chem and solid arguments, I am also living proof that you can be healthy and be a "meat eater". I'm officially done with the arguments against you. Check out the health debate, be open minded, and stay skeptical! =)
@CompassionateChap 180 grams of protein isn't really that excessive. I work out like crazy. Also, protein is a very with satiation. I don't want to be anorexic and weak like most vegans...
@timmyxdl Believe me its a lot. Protein doesn't build muscle if thats what you are after. Plenty of vegan bodybuilders (who don't have protein powders or steroids) and athletes. Vegans aren't anorexic or weak....otherwise they wouldn't outlive meat eaters.
The gladiators of the roman and greek times ate a vegan diet consisting of a lot of barley....and they were amongst the strongest athletes in human history.
@CompassionateChap Also, the B12 in LOL cereal, soy and rice milk and b12 supplements are not easily absorbed by our bodies...Therefore, they are useless...Same thing as nutrients in plants. There can be boat loads of nutrients in plants, but if we can't break through that cellulose, we can't get the nutrients available...
@timmyxdl Nonsense, if this were the case, and b12 was only properly absorbed through meat consumption, then b12 deficiency would be rife in vegans, and it simply isn't the case. b12 is a bacteria that lives in soil, its not part of animal flesh, its BACTERIA. Our digestive enzymes our there to break down a plant based diet, not a meat based one, which is why we get food poisoning on meat, and digestive issues.
The proof is in the pudding - vegans live longer and healthier lives.
@CompassionateChap Ummm read into it. B12 is highly deficit in vegans. Also, we CAN'T BREAK DOWN CELLULOSE! That's a fact! If we could, we would be eating grass right now! Vegans live about the same as other health conscience people. To say that they are far superior is laughable...My great aunt ate tons of fish, eggs, veggies, meat, and she died at 90 from a bacterial infection in Vietnam...Just more tunnel vision from you.
@timmyxdl I've read a lot into vitamin B12, and the first thing to note is that it is reproduced in our gut and we store it for up to 30 years without even a sniff of it. Secondly, vegans are no worse off than any other dietary group for b12 deficiency. Lets not forget its a bacteria, its not exclusive to meat.
As for your Aunt, its a pity she ate so many eggs, fish and meat, she could have live to 110!
@CompassionateChap Are you blind? Must be the vitamin b12 deficiency...She died from a BACTERIAL infection! NOTHING TO DO WITH DIET! Jesus christ you need to read more thoroughly...Also, statistics show that veggies don't live that much longer than "meat eaters"....SMH at your ignorance and bias...
@CompassionateChap Do you realize how narrow minded it is to just have one class of just "meat eaters"? It's really ignorant to throw them all into one group . I find it comical that vegetarians/vegans have double standards...I can easily say, "well, those vegs can eat french fries all day in rancid vegetable oils and get heart disease!" and then you guys will say, A PROPERLY PLANNED veg diet wouldn't be like that. Hey, guess what buddy! A properly planned omnivore diet wouldn't either!
@timmyxdl But by default, an good vegetarian diet is healthier than a good meat based diet, for that fact that you will be provided with more fibre, vitamins and NO cholesterol. Its a no brainer.
@CompassionateChap Once again CHOLESTEROL ISN'T BAD FOR YOU. You need cholesterol to produce testosterone. Which most of you anorexic veggies need more of. Unrefined rice, pasta, whole grains, potatoes, etc...are NOT that great for you. They are high in PHYTIC ACID! HIGH on the glycemic scale and high in starch. Ever heard of gluten intolerance? Jesus christ how many times do I have to repeat myself before you get sunk into your limited skull?
Eating meat will always have more fat and cholesterol (and calories) than a veggie diet by default...and it will always be tougher on the colon for digestion, so a vegetarian diet will always be easier to keep healthy.
@CompassionateChap Oh really? More Fat and cholesterol and calories? And, your point is? Funny how Eskimos eat primarily raw meat, tons of fat, and tons of cholesterol...yet they are the some of the most healthiest people on earth....
@timmyxdl Some of the healthiest people on earth? They live to an average of 50 years old, compared to 80 in the western world.....and disease is rife amongst many inuits/eskimos.
You might want to do some research first.....just a bit of friendly advice.
@CompassionateChap Wow, so much ignorance with this. They DON'T HAVE THE TECHNOLOGY to stop them from dying! Examples are they don't have antibiotics, vaccines, medicine, SANITATION, and so forth. Notice how I said "isolated" people? They don't have doctors, police, etc...Of course they aren't going to live longer without all of that.
@timmyxdl Maybe...maybe not - therefore they are NOT a valid example for either side. I certainly would not use them as a benchmark for eating meat and proving eating meat is healthy. Perhaps try an example of a similar diet, but with a western society.
@CompassionateChap So maybe you should do some research first. STOP being dogmatic and automatically believe everything you read on a vegan/vegetarian website. Be more open minded and look into things. Don't automatically disregard everything just because you have one view. If someone presents to you different information to the one you already believe, look into it. Science is a very broad subject. There is no such thing as a one size fits all diet.....just a bit of friendly advice.
@timmyxdl I don't read vegetarian/vegan websites. For most of my life, i've been a meat eater....and its not until I started doing some research BOTH sides that I felt that for the ethical, health and environmental reasons.....that going veggie/vegan is clearly a productive step forward.
Meat eaters get terribly defensive....but I think thats in part due to little evidence to really support eating meat. There IS very little to support it....believe me, i've looked.
@CompassionateChap LOL! Meat eaters get terribly defensive? Well, damn LOOK AT YOU! LOOK at all of your kind! Vegans/vegetarians are known to be the most RUDE, DOGMATIC, aggressive, mind twisting, leaving long emails, etc...individuals! You guys are like a damn cult...A dogmatic cult...Trying to shove your misinformation down everyone's throats. Look at your recent activity in your channel...Nothing but spewing your anti-meat misinformation.
@CompassionateChap Oh, and by the way, I eat my pasture raised meats raw a lot. No worries of ecoli because ecoli can't grow if the cow eats it's natural food aka grass. There are a lot of benefits to eating raw meat and raw beef organs. Tons of fat-soluble vitamins that help stop tooth decay. Wait, let me guess, you still think that tooth decay happens because people don't brush? LOL
Meat eaters are not fat unless they eat too much. The meat itself does not cause people to be overweight, eating too much cause this. If you think just the fact that people are fat just because they consume meat maybey you should go back to school.
People who eat meat in moderation like they are supposed to life just as along and as healthy as vegetarians. Remember meat eaters eat all the other stuff too, fruits and vegetables dont forget that!
Crap...I LOVE Ketchup, now I can't eat it...I'm truly tired of not being able to eat the foods I like. It's been going on for a year now, I wish we didn't have to worry about what we eat...It's ruining my life!*Sigh*I'm twelve and don't want to be Fat again, I just lost 35 pounds, But I can't look at a donut or ice cream or...now KETCHUP without thinking about the calories or fat or carbs etc. I'm kinda scared and I know hardly any of you guys will read this or people who do don't give...Oh wel
@NoGoYoGoFoGo take tomatoes with no seed and pealed and blend then boil at low heat stirring, then add a bit of salt, pepper and herbs you like and when it is thick the ketchup is ready
I don't know why people say women are strictly vegetarians. OK I'm a guy and non vegetarian, but all females that I came across with also eat meat, even the Indians. Only place where I saw a plain vegetarians are in movies.
Try eating living food for 30 days, then go back to meat eating for 30 days, and if you think you feel more vibrant, healthy and alive as a meat eater, then you have the proof you need. As no one here is qualified to provide accurate, unbiased and objective opinions, you should really try for yourself, and find your own truth.
we are omnivores becuase we have 2 eyes on the front of our head which gives us depth perception which is used in hunting animals, as we did as cave men, not like a horse which has them on the side of their head
@sauldavidwilliams We also crawled out of the slime but I don't like the idea of going back there, thank you.
This whole health movement is only beneficial to the people who make these so called "organic" foods to sell at an exorbitant premium. Let's not go half cocked and cut meat and all the good foods out of our lives. I heard one of these evangelists say you shouldn't eat too much fruit because of the sugars in it.
Who in the hell are you veggies to judge meat eaters!?! We don't care that you eat poor plants. (How dare you! Plants are so innocent and defenseless!) So why you just don't let us eat our meat and you eat your plants and everybody would be happy?
looks & sounds disgusting! Guess you don't mind turning your body into a grave yard for animals --yuck! Has anyone heard about the antibiotics growth hormones and mucus in milk products? Maybe you are all mixed up kid. This makes me want to vomit! can we talk about cholesterol & saturated fats? Very bad for you! isn't healthy hamburger an oxymoron?
Just remember folks that the average human should only eat 4oz of any protein a day max. Our bodies can remove this amount of uric acid in 24 hrs from the meat, you might say so what? Well high uric acid is the #1 cause of disease in America. Its linked to gout, kidney, heart, liver, colon, etc.IF YOU CANT AFFORD HEALTH INSURANCE THEN LISTEN- Eat fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds and h20.You wont have to suffer the disease caused by all the crap food, and the spin put on them to sound healthy, follow the money.
Americans eat too much. Eat less its better. No such thing as a health food. Especially for those pre disposed to disease usually associated to bad diet. Moderation is key. Junk food is perceptual invention.
I would ave mixed that with my hands. Americans often don't mix with their hands. Like I knew a woman, who was trying to make cookies and she wanted to mix the dough with a spoon. It wasn't the liquid pasta cookies, but the pastry-like cookies. That's best put together by hand to mix the flour and the butter.
yummy! To all you vegetarians, eating meat is actually good for you, it gives you protein, plus it's delicious. It's natural to eat meat since we humans have been doing it for thousands of years ever since the homo sapiens.
yeah we had to do it thousands of years ago BECAUSE back then they didn't know other ways to save themselves, but today it's possible to be a vegitarian and end suffering - and hey there's more protein in certain vegitables then is in meat!
@AsaKollz we have canine teeth,we are omnivores, you cant just survive on pills and veggies, fruits, etc. We survive on meat and veggies. How come you vegetarians think when lions kill inocent baby gazells for food, it's nature, but when humans kill animals for food its unnatural and its cruel and wrong?Meat is good.

LOL, there is no such thing as a healthy hamburger. If you eat a burger, eat it for enjoyment, not health. You can get whole wheat buns and a bunch of veggies, but you can't make up for the saturated, cancer-promoting meat in it. Maybe if you make it a freshly caught fish burger, it would be a little better, but not enough. Eat a burger for pleasure, not health.
Saturated fat is good for you, the medical research proving it is overwhelming. Also, yes, you can make a healthy hamburger, with grass fed beef though, not the commercial meat you get at your supermarket. Grass fed beef has been shown to significantly reduce your risk of cancer, heart disease, and osteoporosis.
LOL you have it all wrong. Saturated fats from natural sources like olive oil, hemp oil, flax oil, nut oil, coconut oil, and other vegetable oils are good for you.
There is no medical research showing that saturated animal protein is good for you. In fact the research on the malignant characteristics of animal protein is shocking- grass fed or not.
Animal protein increases cancer- its not about the grass. ANIMAL PROTEIN is a cancer promoter. Animal protein's acidity drains calcium as well.
Grass fed beef has antioxidants and other vitamins and minerals that help slow the progression of osteoporosis. It also contains CLA which is a scientifically proven cancer fighter.
There are a neglibable amount of antioxidants in ANY animal product. Any antioxidant in animal products come from what the animals eat- PLANTS. I can give you plant foods that have 1000 times more antioxidants than grass-fed beef.
I am so glad you brought up CLA lol. When they study CLA in beef, they EXTRACT the CLA from the beef and THEN test it, rather than testing the meat as a whole- two COMPLETELY different results, but a very clever move by the industry
she didnt even eat it.

Like eating a corn-made styrofoam... just a piece of something...
kitsune090 11 months ago
I made a bet with a friend and lost, and my punishment was eat a big mac... he thought that i would wanna die... many meat eaters have the silly idea that even we no longer eat meat we still able to appreciating the flavor of the meat. As we see meat as a prohibited sin.
kitsune090 11 months ago
well, any hamburger could be healthy if you simple cut the meat, cheesy and mayonnaise... you know bread is healthy, salad is healthy everything else is healthy, so you don't need to buy expensive organic cheesy that is so hard to find... its easier just don't use it. the fact is people like unhealthy, they love disgusting things like the fat, cooked bloody and that burned crunchy... that's the idea behind of eating a hamburger, eat crap!

CompassionateChap 1 year ago
@CompassionateChap That's cute...More flawed/bias statistics from vegetarians/vegans! Please do your research. Weston Price traveled throughout the entire WORLD and studied the diets of people that live in isolation...Funny how he didn't find ANY vegetarian countries. Why are vegetarian/vegans so angry and dogmatic? Must be the lack of tyrptophan....
timmyxdl 1 year ago
@timmyxdl So you think vegetarians/vegans studies and stats are more biased than those which are funded by the meat, dairy and drug industrys? Weston Price's studies are limited by comparison to the 1000s of studies and sources from The China Study.
We know most humans eat meat.....but looking at the ones that DON'T eat meat, they lead far healthier lives by comparison....this is universally accepted - why deny it?
CompassionateChap 1 year ago
@CompassionateChap *Sighs* There is a HUGE difference between pasture raised animals and factory farmed animals. That's what you vegetarians don't get. ALL of the anti-meat/anti-dairy/anti-animal products are from factory farmed animals. The China Study? Is that a joke? it's been debunked plenty of times already...One study in the China Study had it where they fed Whey Protein powder to animals...Wow, so feeding a carcinogenic processed milk protein to animals gives it cancer? Wow, surprising!
timmyxdl 1 year ago
@CompassionateChap That's the problem with those statistics...They are heavily flawed and biased! Who are the subjects? Who are the population? What were the variables? Vegans/Vegetarians are more health conscience people. They know to avoid fast food etc...They can EASILY take a population of people eating fast food everyday and say they are "meat eaters" and say "HAHA SEE! The vegetarian/vegan group lived longer than the fastfood, wait I mean meat eater group!"
timmyxdl 1 year ago
@timmyxdl Yet you were quite willing to throw "eskimos" as a shining beacon of light for your meat eating cause.....
But since you asked, these studies were across many people in rural and towns in China, where diets were mixed....from high fat/animal protein/low carbs (similar to the average american diet), to low fat, high plant protein, high carb, high fibre diets. Also studies from around the world.
CompassionateChap 1 year ago
@CompassionateChap You CLEARLY, CLEARLY, missed my point. I will not argue "factory farmed meats". That is terrible in all levels. But to say that ALL meat is bad is just ludicrous. Organic/pastured raised meats is completely different. Pasture raised meats, where the animals actually eat grass aka their natural diet is incredibly healthy and clean. Rich sources of vitamin A, D, CLA, and ideal ratio of Omega 6-3...ALL anti-meat studies use commercial/factory farmed meats. That's a fact.
timmyxdl 1 year ago
@timmyxdl Factory farmed meats are less ethical, terrible for the environment....but to say organic/pasture raised meats don't have similar overall effects to health as the factory stuff is rather far fetched and wishful thinking. The fact is people focus in on chemicals more than the actual diet....this has been where people are going wrong. The China Study never began as anti meat - and discusses factory vs organic as well, and the conclusions are the same.
CompassionateChap 1 year ago
@CompassionateChap If you don't believe it, I DARE you to show me ONE study that says that organic/pasture-raised/Grassfed meats are bad for you. Don't you even dare say China's diet is similar to the average American diet. That's a big joke. the SAD (Standard American Diet) is the king of cancer, GMO's, chemicals, etc) It is in no way similar at all. Not even close. How can you disrespect my people like that even comparing the two? People will laugh at you for even doing that!
timmyxdl 1 year ago
@timmyxdl You are placing too much emphasis on GMO/Chemicals, rather than the main issues of animal protein - no matter WHERE you get animal protein from, its an initiator and promotor of cancer. The studies showed that regardless of where animal protein was sourced, the same results applied. Grass fed, or not.
CompassionateChap 1 year ago
@CompassionateChap Incorrect. There is HUGE difference between organic/pasture raised meats and factory farmed meats. The Omega 6:3 ratio of a grassfed meat is 3:1...While the factory farmed meat is 20-1! There is scientific proof of this. There is also 4 times the amount of CLA...Also, there is less contamination, no e coli worries, and HIGH concentrations of fat soluble vitamins. If you say the studies showed that, please provide the so called "study"...I would love to read it.
timmyxdl 1 year ago
@CompassionateChap Animal protein is an initiator and promoter of cancer? LOL! More blanket statements? Stop being dogmatic and narrow-minded.
timmyxdl 1 year ago
@CompassionateChap Oh yeah, you forgot to tell me where I'm suppose to get my Vitamin A, Vitamin D, Vitamin b12, CLA, TRYPTOPHAN (you guys lack this which explains where you guys are so angry), fat soluble vitamins, EPA DHA (for healthy brains), and also help me out with my problem of oxidizing too quickly...Animals products DO NOT cause heart disease and there is plenty of evidence. You are just too dogmatic to realize it.
timmyxdl 1 year ago
@timmyxdl Oxidizing? Perhaps if you just switched to a high carb, low-nill animal fat diet, you wouldn't have these problems, as i've already explained all the required nutrients and then some, are obtainable as a vegan or vegetarian. Your suggested requirement of protein sounds ridiculous.....you don't even need half of that. Remember that vegetables provide protein as well, its not meat exclusive. Animal products DO cause heart disease, and there is more evidence to support this.
CompassionateChap 1 year ago
@CompassionateChap How do they cause heart disease? Funny how when everyone stopped using saturated fat/butter/lard/tallow, and switched to polyunsaturated fat, heart disease sky rocketed! Crazy, huh?
timmyxdl 1 year ago
@CompassionateChap How do they cause heart disease? Funny how when everyone stopped using saturated fat/butter/lard/tallow, and switched to polyunsaturated fat, heart disease sky rocketed! Crazy, huh? And what I mean by oxidizing, I BURN THROUGH all of that stuff EXTREMELY quick. I BURN THOUGH vegetables and fruit extremely quick and I crash really really hard. That's what I mean. I need high fat and high protein to SLOW MY METABOLISM down. Jesus, you can't even get basics down...
timmyxdl 1 year ago
@timmyxdl If thats the way you want to continue your diet, then fine....but don't say I, and much research and many millions of other people warned you.
CompassionateChap 1 year ago
@CompassionateChap It's a proven fact that Polyunsaturated fats cause heart disease NOT saturated fat or dietary cholesterol. 77% of plaque in an artery is rancid vegetable oils. Look it up...Saturated fat is extremely stable in high heat. Vegetable oils become rancid from sunlight for christ's sake!
timmyxdl 1 year ago
@timmyxdl Oh good one....lets go back to cooking everything in butter ghee and lard!! Why don't we start smoking again and all take drugs? Anymore stupid advice? Drive the wrong way down a one way street? Jump out of a plane with a plastic bag as a parachute?
CompassionateChap 1 year ago
@CompassionateChap Ummm you do realize how the more saturated the fat is, the MORE STABLE it is right? And guess what, I do cook my food in butter and lard...And guess what? My cholesterol levels are great, my triglyceride levels are low, no heavy metals in my blood, and I'm in the best shape in my life...This isn't 1970 anymore little one. Ancel Keys was WRONG!
timmyxdl 1 year ago
@timmyxdl To be honest I have never argued that using vegetable oil is good for you. I cook my food in olive oil and rapeseed oil, so its really irrelevant topic. I don't know if lard/butter is BETTER overall than vegetable oil to cook food in....maybe, maybe not.....but i wouldn't use it, or either. I think rapeseed oil is the best, and its not that expensive either.
As for your cholesterol level - i suspect they could be lower. They are probably "fine" in american doctors terminology....
CompassionateChap 1 year ago
@CompassionateChap I go to a real MD that's an advocate of Chinese medicine. He's one of the REAL doctors and not one of those crappy idiots that prescribes drugs. Please just stop assuming crap again. Notice how I said I get my blood checked? NO commercial American doctors look at heavy metal and triglycerides in blood. Thank you for making yourself look ignorant YET AGAIN! Also, olive oil and rapeseed aren't good to cook in. They are good for salad dressings but they still become rancid.
timmyxdl 1 year ago
@CompassionateChap I merely stated how flawed your "heart disease understanding" is. Animal fats don't clog arteries. Rancid polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats make up an overwhelming part of plaque in an artery. If you don't believe me, look it up! Saturated fat and cholesterol is present to fight off the free radicals. This is can looked up in bio-chemistry. Once again, Ancel Keys was WRONG!
timmyxdl 1 year ago
@CompassionateChap You know what the problem is? You are just too dogmatic and narrow-minded. You put "The China Study" on this pedestal and use it as your bible. The China Study is 100% right and everyone is wrong, huh? Hell, more proof is you throw everyone in one category/group and call them "Meat eaters"....When biologically, everyone is different, have different habits, eat different meats, eat different foods, etc...Wouldn't it be unfair to say they are all the same? No?
timmyxdl 1 year ago
@timmyxdl Human biology is more or less similar give or take a few variables, i know some have intolerances to some foods etc, but as a group, we are quite similar. Just as lions diets should all contain meat, all humans shouldn't.....IF we want to give ourselves the best possible chance of healthy living.
The China Study (the study in china itself was just one chapter in the book, many many other sources and studies are in there too) - its compelling and the findings are interesting.
CompassionateChap 1 year ago
@CompassionateChap LOL that's cute....Your whole entire life decisions are based on the China Study? So the China Study is above all else? The China Study is on a pedestal? The China Study is 100% right, and everyone else is wrong? That's really cute...More dogmatic stuff from the veggies!
timmyxdl 1 year ago
@timmyxdl No, I was veggie before I read The China Study. However, its the largest study into diet and nutrition to date, and has plenty of sources and experts back it up. As with any study, there will always be some detractors, but those detractors never seem to put together a study anywhere near as comprehensive.
Also, you're obsessed with the word "dogmatic", is it your new word of the week? Did you just buy a dictionary? well done!
CompassionateChap 1 year ago
@CompassionateChap I use dogmatic because that's what 90% of you are. You are clearly CLEARLY showing it. Your ignoring my information and hand picking what you want to dissect. It's clearly obvious. And no there are NO good plant sources of vitamin A, D, Tryptophan, CLA, and fat soluble vitamins. Beta-carotene is NOT VITAMIN A. Cellulose and phytic acid is PROBLEM with plants. All you do is say "oh whatever! vegans live longer thats a fact!" same old run away line to avoid the information.
timmyxdl 1 year ago
@CompassionateChap No reason to eat meat? Please by all means, tell me where do I get my EPA, DHA, Vitamin A (no beta-carotene isn't vitamin A), Vitamin D, CLA, tryptophan, and oh, I like to work out a lot, and I need 1 gram of protein per pound...How can I incorporate 180 grams of protein into my diet? Also, I'm a really really fast oxidizer. I burn through carbs really really quickly...how can I slow it down? So far, only meat brings me into balance....
timmyxdl 1 year ago
@timmyxdl Vitamin A is sourced from most fruit and veg, and nuts as well. Vitamin D is also in many veggie sources, mushrooms in particular....also our friend "the sun" provides the best source of Vit D. Vitamin B12 is usually reabsorbed through your gut and colon, but you can also source it from most cereals, soy and rice milk as well. TRYPTOPHAN - wheat, spinach, cabbage, nuts, soybeans, kidney beans. (I find most meat eaters to be the angry ones). 180g protein sounds excessive - be careful.
CompassionateChap 1 year ago
@CompassionateChap Incorrect. Have you even taken Bio-chem before?
timmyxdl 1 year ago
@CompassionateChap Wheat, soybeans, kidney beans? LOL maybe all that phytic acid has gone to your brain....Wheat and legumes make people fat. I don't even want to get into gluten intolerance and how soy in general is a terrible food...Meat eaters to be angry? Well, look at your channel and look at the videos you comment on. Not to mention, I got a WHOLE bunch of emails and messages from veggies and they leave long, rude, misinformation/essays.
timmyxdl 1 year ago
@timmyxdl Hahahaha, what a load of nonsense, you're jumping on the old bandwagon that carbohydrates are bad for you....is Dr Atkins your hero (he's dead by the way, had heart disease). Unrefined carbs are incredibly healthy, and those foods also contain fantastic amount of fibre and vitamins. Meat contains a small handful of vitamins (which are better sourced elsewhere), cholesterol, fat and NO fibre. I don't know many fat vegetarians, NO fat vegans but many fat meat eaters.
CompassionateChap 1 year ago
@CompassionateChap LOL! pastured raised meats have TONS of fat soluble vitamins, CLA (good for the nervous system, tryptophan, b12, etc...Please just stop spewing misinformation. Jesus christ. AGAIN, throwing everyone into the "Meat eater" category is just stupid and ignorant. There are TONS of variables and TONS of differences. That's like throwing all Asians into a category and calling them all the same. just plain ignorance.
timmyxdl 1 year ago
@timmyxdl ......you came up with three....b12 is a bacteria and reproduced in our guts anyway, which is why vegans in Indian countries NEVER have b12 deficiency. The other nutrients are really unimportant by comparison, and again can be sourced far better from vegetables, which have FAR FAR more nutrients (hence why we can live on plant only diet, but can't on meat only).
CompassionateChap 1 year ago
@CompassionateChap Ummm you do realize that "meat eaters" don't just eat meat, right? You make it sound like meat eaters avoid vegetables at all costs LOL! Guess what? My diet composes of Pasture raised meats, TONS of organic green vegetables, a few fruits, high levels of omega 3's, cod liver oil (for fat soluble vitamins), NO PROCESSED FOODS, gallon of water everyday, and I only drink matcha. I'm 6'1, 190, 12% body fat, great REAL doctor, low triglycerides and heavy metals in my blood...
timmyxdl 1 year ago
@timmyxdl I understand that meat eaters diets also contain vegetables, fruits etc....but when you become a vegetarian, you become far more experimental with fruits, veggies, legumes etc, and have a much much wider variety of these compared with meat eaters and more quantity, as a direct substitute for the animal protein previously consumed.
Timmy, you could be an olympic athlete....and eat organic meat....but still get cancer and heart disease. Animal protein is the key here.
CompassionateChap 1 year ago
@CompassionateChap There is something called a glycemic index...Since you clearly don't know what it is, high starchy vegetables are not that great for you. Aka, beans, rice, potatoes, etc...What makes fat cells grow? Do you know? INSULIN! NO, thermodynamics have nothing to do with fat cell grow. INSULIN does! Guess what happens if you eat a high starchy diet? Yes, there are unrefined carbs/vegetables/fruits that are HIGH on the glycemic index...I never said carbs are bad.
timmyxdl 1 year ago
@timmyxdl Refined rice, pasta etc aren't too great for you in high quantitys....but i've always stated that whole grain foods/plants are perfectly healthy for you. Beans, potatoes, brown rice, brown pasta are superb sources of energy, iron, fibre etc. Its poor advice from idiots who claim carbohydrates are some sort of "evil" that is destroying the health of people. Low carb, high fat diets are a fad....and dangerous to health.
CompassionateChap 1 year ago
@CompassionateChap AGAIN, LOW CARBing means LOW starchy/refined carbs! That's what they mean. You can eat lettuce, broccoli, green beans etc...Those are LOW in starch. I address this earlier...WHOLE GRAINS are BAD for you. They are filled with gluten, PHYTIC ACID, and are starchy... By default vegetarian diet is healthier than a good meat diet? Please just stop it already...You are making yourself look more and more foolish. You make it sound like people who eat meat are banned from eating vegs.
timmyxdl 1 year ago
@timmyxdl No, but people who have a meat based diet tend to have fewer vegetables on their plate by default. The more vegetables a meat eater can eat, the more it will offset their meat eating habits and reduce their cholesterol, where as vegans don't usually need to reduce their cholesterol, as its all produced in the liver, rather than also sourced from diet.
CompassionateChap 1 year ago
@CompassionateChap It is quite clear now that you lack bio-chemistry knowledge AND you have very limited nutrition education. It's funny how you ignored most of my points and decided to find ways to avoid them. You ignored my Vitamin A/Beta-Carotene/Vitamin D/Sun exposure corrections, CLA, Tryptophan, phytic acid, cell wall/plasma membrane, EPA/DHA, omega 3's, Cellulose...What's wrong? Out of your realm/comfort zone? Did they not mention it in the "China Study"? LOL No veg website for it?
timmyxdl 1 year ago
@timmyxdl I ignored them because its nonsense - all of the relevant nutrients (and far more than what meat could EVER provide), and in a plant based diet.
CompassionateChap 1 year ago
@CompassionateChap Since I have all of that, I have all the nutrient requirements, I have the ideal omega 6:3 ratio, I don't use any toxic beauty products, I detox every other month, I work out all the time, I have a better physique than 95% of the veggies out there, and I feel great all the time...AND I'm stress-free most of the time... This is the ideal optimum diet and I get all the nutrients available...Why should I change again?
timmyxdl 1 year ago
@timmyxdl Because you're consuming animal protein which IS linked to many diseases. It doesn't matter how much you work out, as many seemingly "healthy from the outside" people get cancer and heart disease. A good vegetarian diet will obtain far more nutrition than a good omnivorous diet, as meat is animal protein, and will raise blood pressure and cholesterol.
If you want to carry on, then no one is stopping you....just don't say you weren't warned.
CompassionateChap 1 year ago
@CompassionateChap You don't have to be a vegetarian to eat healthy.Vegatarianism is an option and for some people a lifestyle choice. Pushing your views on others is not helpful. Anyone reading this should look at the studies themselves from BOTH sides and decide for themselves. The truth is Vegatarians get cancer too and being healthy is a combination of diet, exercise and mental outlook.
adoravenus3 11 months ago
@CompassionateChap Also, I have an OPEN MIND. My mind is not made up and dogmatic as your's and 90% of the vegans out there. If I hear something I'm not use to hearing, I will LOOK IT UP. @CompassionateChap 180 grams of protein isn't really that excessive. I work out like crazy. Also, protein is a very with satiation. I don't want to be anorexic and weak like most vegans...
timmyxdl 1 year ago
@timmyxdl Believe me its a lot. Protein doesn't build muscle if thats what you are after. Plenty of vegan bodybuilders (who don't have protein powders or steroids) and athletes. Vegans aren't anorexic or weak....otherwise they wouldn't outlive meat eaters.
The gladiators of the roman and greek times ate a vegan diet consisting of a lot of barley....and they were amongst the strongest athletes in human history.
CompassionateChap 1 year ago

CompassionateChap 1 year ago
@CompassionateChap Ummm read into it. B12 is highly deficit in vegans. Also, we CAN'T BREAK DOWN CELLULOSE! That's a fact! If we could, we would be eating grass right now! Vegans live about the same as other health conscience people. To say that they are far superior is laughable...My great aunt ate tons of fish, eggs, veggies, meat, and she died at 90 from a bacterial infection in Vietnam...Just more tunnel vision from you.
timmyxdl 1 year ago
@timmyxdl I've read a lot into vitamin B12, and the first thing to note is that it is reproduced in our gut and we store it for up to 30 years without even a sniff of it. Secondly, vegans are no worse off than any other dietary group for b12 deficiency. Lets not forget its a bacteria, its not exclusive to meat.
As for your Aunt, its a pity she ate so many eggs, fish and meat, she could have live to 110!
CompassionateChap 1 year ago
@CompassionateChap Are you blind? Must be the vitamin b12 deficiency...She died from a BACTERIAL infection! NOTHING TO DO WITH DIET! Jesus christ you need to read more thoroughly...Also, statistics show that veggies don't live that much longer than "meat eaters"....SMH at your ignorance and bias...
timmyxdl 1 year ago
@CompassionateChap Do you realize how narrow minded it is to just have one class of just "meat eaters"? It's really ignorant to throw them all into one group . I find it comical that vegetarians/vegans have double standards...I can easily say, "well, those vegs can eat french fries all day in rancid vegetable oils and get heart disease!" and then you guys will say, A PROPERLY PLANNED veg diet wouldn't be like that. Hey, guess what buddy! A properly planned omnivore diet wouldn't either!
timmyxdl 1 year ago
@timmyxdl But by default, an good vegetarian diet is healthier than a good meat based diet, for that fact that you will be provided with more fibre, vitamins and NO cholesterol. Its a no brainer.
CompassionateChap 1 year ago
@CompassionateChap Once again CHOLESTEROL ISN'T BAD FOR YOU. You need cholesterol to produce testosterone. Which most of you anorexic veggies need more of. Unrefined rice, pasta, whole grains, potatoes, etc...are NOT that great for you. They are high in PHYTIC ACID! HIGH on the glycemic scale and high in starch. Ever heard of gluten intolerance? Jesus christ how many times do I have to repeat myself before you get sunk into your limited skull?
timmyxdl 1 year ago
Eating veggies only is bad because you need protien and other stuff also eating one stable food can actualy kill you
DarkTheShinyUmbreon 1 year ago
Eating meat will always have more fat and cholesterol (and calories) than a veggie diet by default...and it will always be tougher on the colon for digestion, so a vegetarian diet will always be easier to keep healthy.
CompassionateChap 1 year ago
@CompassionateChap Oh really? More Fat and cholesterol and calories? And, your point is? Funny how Eskimos eat primarily raw meat, tons of fat, and tons of cholesterol...yet they are the some of the most healthiest people on earth....
timmyxdl 1 year ago
@timmyxdl Some of the healthiest people on earth? They live to an average of 50 years old, compared to 80 in the western world.....and disease is rife amongst many inuits/eskimos.
You might want to do some research first.....just a bit of friendly advice.
CompassionateChap 1 year ago
@CompassionateChap Wow, so much ignorance with this. They DON'T HAVE THE TECHNOLOGY to stop them from dying! Examples are they don't have antibiotics, vaccines, medicine, SANITATION, and so forth. Notice how I said "isolated" people? They don't have doctors, police, etc...Of course they aren't going to live longer without all of that.
timmyxdl 1 year ago
@timmyxdl Maybe...maybe not - therefore they are NOT a valid example for either side. I certainly would not use them as a benchmark for eating meat and proving eating meat is healthy. Perhaps try an example of a similar diet, but with a western society.
CompassionateChap 1 year ago
@CompassionateChap So maybe you should do some research first. STOP being dogmatic and automatically believe everything you read on a vegan/vegetarian website. Be more open minded and look into things. Don't automatically disregard everything just because you have one view. If someone presents to you different information to the one you already believe, look into it. Science is a very broad subject. There is no such thing as a one size fits all diet.....just a bit of friendly advice.
timmyxdl 1 year ago
@timmyxdl I don't read vegetarian/vegan websites. For most of my life, i've been a meat eater....and its not until I started doing some research BOTH sides that I felt that for the ethical, health and environmental reasons.....that going veggie/vegan is clearly a productive step forward.
Meat eaters get terribly defensive....but I think thats in part due to little evidence to really support eating meat. There IS very little to support it....believe me, i've looked.
CompassionateChap 1 year ago
@CompassionateChap LOL! Look at your recent activity in your channel...Nothing but spewing your anti-meat misinformation.
timmyxdl 1 year ago
@CompassionateChap Oh, and by the way, I eat my pasture raised meats raw a lot. No worries of ecoli because ecoli can't grow if the cow eats it's natural food aka grass. There are a lot of benefits to eating raw meat and raw beef organs. Tons of fat-soluble vitamins that help stop tooth decay. Wait, let me guess, you still think that tooth decay happens because people don't brush? LOL
timmyxdl 1 year ago
@CompassionateChap LMAO digestion? dude plants are very hard to digest but meat is so easy to digest seriously you vegans need to go and get a life!

Omnivorse who eat a well balanced diet do not have a shorter less healthy life span than vegetarians.
six80ususus 1 year ago
Meat eaters are not fat unless they eat too much. The meat itself does not cause people to be overweight, eating too much cause this. If you think just the fact that people are fat just because they consume meat maybey you should go back to school.

This whole health movement is only beneficial to the people who make these so called "organic" foods to sell at an exorbitant premium. Let's not go half cocked and cut meat and all the good foods out of our lives. I heard one of these evangelists say you shouldn't eat too much fruit because of the sugars in it.

I only eat a little whole wheat bread because I need something to hold 1/3 stick of butter!
Naples, what nonsense. People can eat all the meat and eggs and saturated fat they want!
But stay away from trans fats and vegetable oils; made with high heat, high pressure, which makes them go rancid. Rancid oils are VERY bad for you.
The Chukchi people eat reindeer meat 3 times a day during the winter. They're healthy, but the cold is hard on them.

Just remember folks that the average human should only eat 4oz of any protein a day max. Our bodies can remove this amount of uric acid in 24 hrs from the meat, you might say so what? Well high uric acid is the #1 cause of disease in America. Its linked to gout, kidney, heart, liver, colon, etc.IF YOU CANT AFFORD HEALTH INSURANCE THEN LISTEN- Eat fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds and h20.You wont have to suffer the disease caused by all the crap food, and the spin put on them to sound healthy, follow the money.
offshorenaples 2 years ago
Americans eat too much. Eat less its better. No such thing as a health food. Especially for those pre disposed to disease usually associated to bad diet. Moderation is key. Junk food is perceptual invention.
lumpybruisychickeny1 2 years ago
I would ave mixed that with my hands. Americans often don't mix with their hands. Like I knew a woman, who was trying to make cookies and she wanted to mix the dough with a spoon. It wasn't the liquid pasta cookies, but the pastry-like cookies. That's best put together by hand to mix the flour and the butter.

Organic free range beef will also be leaner, and have a better fat ratio, so theres your second option if its not possible to get buffalo.

yummy! To all you vegetarians, eating meat is actually good for you, it gives you protein, plus it's delicious. It's natural to eat meat since we humans have been doing it for thousands of years ever since the homo sapiens.
imflyinn 2 years ago
yeah we had to do it thousands of years ago BECAUSE back then they didn't know other ways to save themselves, but today it's possible to be a vegitarian and end suffering - and hey there's more protein in certain vegitables then is in meat!

meat is delicious and good for you.

Eat a burger for pleasure, not health.
aboss115music 2 years ago
Saturated fat is good for you, the medical research proving it is overwhelming. Also, yes, you can make a healthy hamburger, with grass fed beef though, not the commercial meat you get at your supermarket. Grass fed beef has been shown to significantly reduce your risk of cancer, heart disease, and osteoporosis.
jreily88 2 years ago 11
LOL you have it all wrong. Saturated fats from natural sources like olive oil, hemp oil, flax oil, nut oil, coconut oil, and other vegetable oils are good for you.
There is no medical research showing that saturated animal protein is good for you. In fact the research on the malignant characteristics of animal protein is shocking- grass fed or not.
Animal protein increases cancer- its not about the grass. ANIMAL PROTEIN is a cancer promoter. Animal protein's acidity drains calcium as well.
aboss115music 2 years ago
Grass fed beef has antioxidants and other vitamins and minerals that help slow the progression of osteoporosis. It also contains CLA which is a scientifically proven cancer fighter.
jreily88 2 years ago 9
LMAO... you crack me up dude.
There are a neglibable amount of antioxidants in ANY animal product. Any antioxidant in animal products come from what the animals eat- PLANTS. I can give you plant foods that have 1000 times more antioxidants than grass-fed beef.
I am so glad you brought up CLA lol. When they study CLA in beef, they EXTRACT the CLA from the beef and THEN test it, rather than testing the meat as a whole- two COMPLETELY different results, but a very clever move by the industry
aboss115music 2 years ago
aboss115music is right again! i purchased CLA years ago from gnc and the ingredients in the back said it comes from beef!
