you need to buy a key in "GROCERIES"..i think..when you start freeride in hoboken,you need to go back at the place you started from..there is a texture on the floor in front of door..now action button on it..now,you have got a key...so you can go in by the door behind the barricade..go up on a hill and jump behind it:)..when you will want to leave regularly,you can GO trought the barricade from the other side;)...maybe bug:)..PS:that key from the shop - you can buy it also at freeride extreme:)
