Yes he is using Double A batteries but it doesn't mean they aren't powerful, he's probably used a fair few transformers in the gloves which can make it do (depending how many he's using) 100 times the normal electric current.

dde i made this. u get a super sized XXL yarn gloves. get some protective shit from micheals or something. sow it on the inside. mkae a hand mold, put the glove on the hand mold. make sure it fits very snuggly. electric tape the shit out of it. get a bunch of shit from radioshak. to get the shock get 2 disaposable cameras and well, take it off, search youtube and ull see all that shit. then use two 9v batteries on each glove. if a AA batterie musters 5000 volts then imagine two 9V...
