  • @12235117657598502586 Not if they can help it...

  • @12235117657598502586 " Maybe a pace maker wouldn't be the best idea, she should probably just take a pill. " - President Obama

  • In my personal opinion, truly the only time you should stop is when you're dead. Even then you should still try to keep going.

  • @Silvervest Hell YA!

  • lol @ the high jump.... he looks high before he even jumps

  • Well these people sure have made some healthy choices in their lives. They seem to have better health than I do! Kudos to them.

  • Get it through your thick fucking old skull granpa.

The Republicans HATE you. They are coming to gut you and call it "freedom" ya dummy.

AND THEY'LL LAUGH as they take away your Social Security.

    I have no fear.

  • That is what they want dummies.

They want you to die. Republicans. They want you and your whole family dead. If you aint born with a silver spoon in your mouth make no mistake republicans HAAAATE you and pray for your death.

  • @HulkSmashPunyHumans Well that is mostly because seniors are not big consumers that can be turned with a simple TV ad. They want you to be young, poor, fearfull and stay home.

  • Good thing she broke her leg before obamacare huh?Other wise, you know...............BLAM!!LMAO!!

  • @codepinkeye Yeah... you laugh because that's funny to you. Our seniors dying. That's what you scum want.

You only stand for the rich elite no matter who it hurts.

"obamacare" is a deliberately failed attempt by a sell out politician named barry on your side all along.

But keep laughing rich boy just don't cry when the backlash hits.

  • Oh old people lets make a documentary like they are from another species

  • I don't think I want to live that long.

  • I'm sorry, but would anybody under the age of 40 want to watch this. I can't stand looking at old people longer than 20 minutes fully clothed, but in sportswear doing athletics! That is just disgusting.

  • @TheFatboy1800

OMG you are right, everybody 40 and over should be exterminated so we don't have to look at them. They are so gross and disgusting............. and they probably smell bad too.

  • bad ass.

  • @Stark1010

worst attempt at a diss ever

  • @dinex2 Cenk knows what I am talking about, I guess you are not one of the few hundred that watch PMSNBC, otherwise you would have gotten it.

  • @Stark1010

lol I love how you think it was a bad attempt at a diss only because I didn't get it.

  • sad part is they are proably in better shape than 1/4 of todays youth in america.

  • That little kid at 1:20 = little Christopher Walken.

  • Back when the life expectancy in the USA was a decade or two lower, there was lead in the pipes...

These two are awesome because they chose to be awesome. Just because we aren't from the 1920's doesn't mean we can't be as awesome as them.

  • Before Terrorist Israel was established and caused the USA all those "enemies".

  • @tahboobi Do you sick freaks have to bring Israel into *everything*?

  • I thought this was an april fools joke. Turns out its a real movie

  • im 21 and probably couldn't do that shit...

  • Amazing!!

  • That looks really good

  • All hail the healthy old people! An example for all the rest (even many young folks)

  • big deal, I'm 90 and I do all that shit

  • What's up with MSNBC's blatant bias and shit ratings? I want to like you guys, but with people like you and Madcow... you're making it hard! Also, your name is Cenk. So there that, too. Please fix. Thanks!

    -America

  • It's all fun & games til someone breaks a hip.

  • Theirs no stopping some of us, awesome way to live life...

  • inspiring, sad to see so many lazy fatties around

  • They are obviously part of a communist/fascist/Islamic plot to destroy America. They are planning to live longer and drain more money from Social Security, thus bankrupting the government, disbanding the military, and instituting Sharia law.

  • @Violent2aShadow If you knew Bill you would know that he is not in any way bankrupting the govermant..... Please don't judge this great man... He has done so much in his live he is a greaat man.... And my Grandfather!

  • @kmjschroeder Is it not obvious that I was kidding?

  • Isn't that Monty Burns from the Simpsons?

    LOL

  • it must be awesome to have a lot of money :)

  • How can someone be legendary if nobody has heard of him?

  • how can you guys sit there and praise this woman. she is 90 dating a kid age 83. she should be on the the sex registry for abusing this youngster.

  • @lineartechbd1600 she is some cougar, ain't she? robbing the cradle and all... lmbo this just proves that there is still life even after 90. it's all about attitude and will power.

  • I get it, this is supposed to be a "feel-good" "uplifting" kind of story, but for me it does the opposite. A reminder that no matter how much we try to fight and deny it, there is no stopping the decomposition process of aging and deterioration and death.

  • Mary has bigger muscles than me. *cry*

  • Maybe one day we'll figure out a cure to the genetic degradation that causes old age. Growing and aging are two different things, and I find it staggering how many people are unable to disconnect the two. Growing is natural, it's something our bodies intend to do, as they shift into their final form. Aging is a result of damage to the DNA of our cells which is inevitable but NOT natural, and begins at birth but only really becomes noticeable once the main growth phase ends.

  • I'm sorry but I am actively planning to be dead by that time. Something about high risk travel or activities. I know I won't live past 50. Once my kids are out of the house, and self reliant, my risk factor will dictate a lot of my actions, AND it won't be pretty.

  • <LO the grandma has bigger mnuscle than ive had in my life

  • That is inspiring. This proved to me that there is no such thing as being 'too old'.

  • April Fools?

  • I d'awwwed :)

  • You're only as old as the chick you're feeling.

  • This makes my eyes teary. I have grandparents in their 80's who are living healthy and are doing the same things we all are doing. My grandmother is 83 and she can carry 10 pounds (or more) of some BBQ meat she cooked herself. I tell you, it's a blessing how people can live this long and still have the ability to move around like any young person can. :-) Very inspiring.

  • @Mika20 good for you and your family. Unfortunately while my Grandfather is pretty healthy my Grandma is in a nursing home and see seams completely out of it everytime i visit her

  • it's like Autumn Gold - winner of IDFA this year

  • That's inspiring.

  • @paolofanderson what the fuck, they retired and spending time doing whatever the fuck they want. Nobody's time is being wasted.

  • BEAUTIFUL

  • Inspirational!

  • Bill kinda looks like Mike Gravel

  • they come from a different era, born in the 1920's. before the government decided to put fructose in all our food to subsidize growers, before hormones and insecticides were used in and on everything we eat, before preservatives were put in everything, before fast food joints became cheaper than eating healthy, before pollution became a public health risk, before acid rain, before mercury in all fish, before teflon, radiation, lead, and numerous toxins became considered safe in small doses...

  • @tomitstube There were insecticides used in that era and mercury was already a problem.

  • @595o radiation was a problem too, back in the day people used x-ray devices for fitting shoes.

  • @595o ~ yes, they had mercury and insecticides back then, but you are completely missing the accumulative affect on our environment. not to mention many more new poisons in use. there were some problems with mercury then, but it has recently been found to be in every body of water in the world today, fresh water and sea water. every fish today has mercury in it.

we are strangling the planet, and only gets worse by each year. accumulative poisoning. exponential contamination.

  • @tomitstube So you're saying that our generation could never do this because of teflon.

    You are an idiot.

  • @cmatcmextra Only an idiot would be so presumptuous. For all we know, Tom was only taking advantage of their age to go off on a tangent about the recent complacencies of civilisation.

  • @SkullXII Tom would have to ignore all the things that have advanced since the 1920's that make people healthier. Women use to spend an average of 35 hours a week preparing meals for their families until the invention of refrigerators, frozen foods and preservatives. And in the early 1900's food poisoning was one of the leading causes of death.

  • @cmatcmextra ~ no, i didn't say that, you've completely misconstrued my comment. now who's the idiot?

  • @tomitstube congratulations, you managed to take a completely unpolitical story and turn in into something polarizing.

  • @donttreadonmyass ~ you're welcome. i don't see what's "polarizing", i never meant to make this a generational battle, just simply pointing out the differences between these older people growing up in a healthier world and planet. how is that "polarizing"? i don't get it.

  • @tomitstube there was tons of pollution and acid rain back then dumbass

  • @MrDgaf12345 ~ yes there were "tons of pollution" back then, but there are billions of tons more today, we are adding to it today by a thousand times. there are now over three times as many people on this planet.

acid rain didn't become a health risk until the 1970's, along with massive pollution in our waterways, the epa started cleaning that up, but republicans are trying to cut the epa RIGHT NOW. we have a growing problem and they want to scale back environmental protections.

  • @tomitstube Back when women had an 8% chance of dying from childbirth, men did backbreaking labor in noxious coal mines, and children worked all day long in hazardous factories...

  • @VictimOfBoredom ~ i agree with everything you said, life was more hazardous and dangerous back then, life expectancy was lower, but in general, despite those symptoms and lack of the advanced medical care we have now, they were healthier simply by what they ate and by the cleaner environment that surrounded them. in the natural world. there was very little obesity and all the sedentary problems we have today. and yes the work was harder because it was more manual, but they were healthier.

  • @VictimOfBoredom

Oh yeah? All men worked in coal mines? What? They dont now? LOL

Children didnt work all day in hazardous factories... lol nice try though.

  • @treysparker Obviously a smaller percentage of men work in coal mines now than before, and in developed countries, they're insured. As for children, yes they did.

Seems like you know very little about labor in the past. -_-

  • @VictimOfBoredom and when people died of tuberculosis and measles was considered lethal. Oh and back when cigarettes were prescribed by doctors as being good for your health and DDT was sprayed in cots to keep the lethal ticks away.

  • @VictimOfBoredom texas 2012

  • @tomitstube

    1. A couple. Just two people. They're more likely the exception, not the norm.

    2. Look up New York Time's "U.S. Life Expectancy at All-Time High" article.

    3. The Great Depression left millions starving. For argument's sake, if you were to travel back in the 1920s, can you tell people they're living a better life than those in the 21st century?

    4. Abundance of food. Medical advancements. You're simply too cynical.

  • @suchAnoob That's exactly what I was thinking.

  • @suchAnoob ~ of course these two aren't "the norm", they're exceptions, my point is, our life styles today are not the same as they were when these two grew up. they didn't sit around in office chairs playing video games all day while eating snacks that barely have food value.

yes, americans are living longer (mostly because of medical advances, not being healthier), in the last two decades we have dropped from 11th to 42nd in life expectancy world wide. we are not "healthier"!

  • @tomitstube Wow. Way off the mark, dude.

  • @oexnorth ~ it's called a "redirect". to the more serious problem of unregulated companies that poison our air, land, water, and bodies for corporate profit.

  • @tomitstube SOUNDS LIKE MOAR FATTY EXCUSES DERP HERP

  • @Dipstikk ~i am quite fit thank you.

  • @tomitstube How is this thumbed up when it's HIGHLY inaccurate?

  • @TheFlamingSparrow ~ what is "HIGHLY (emphasis yours) inaccurate"? i took a peek at your page and pretty much agree with your politics. i'm curious, what do you object to?

  • @tomitstube Back in those days all they needed was a tinfoil hat to protect them from the alien's mind controlling gamma rays...

Every consider people today are simply lazy, and it's not all a big conspiracy?

  • @PiratedComedy ~ who said anything about "conspiracy"? oh wait, you did. "tinfoil hats"?

they're all facts about how companies put profits above public health, is that such a conspiracy? i thought all this was well known fact.

i've never had so many reactions to a comment, and all based on intentions clearly not in the comment. do you have any idea why people are so indignant about generic facts? is there something here that disparages people? i don't see it.

  • @tomitstube Given the fact that your comment is the highest rated, I think we can take it for granted that most people agree with you.

  • @Lpoolboy ~ yeah, i'm surprised it's been so controversial.

  • @tomitstube It's your touting "the government" as the perpetrator, saying they "put" these things in food, as if it's some malicious act, orchestrated by evil people in a smoke-filled room.

Also, what is a 'generic' fact?

  • @PiratedComedy ~ it wasn't my intention to sound like some abstract libertarian government hater. most of the things i mentioned were big business putting profits ahead of public safety. many times in collusion with right wing ideology.

so yes, when republicans are in control they fill regulative agencies with corporate cronies who literally gut regulations or make them ineffective. before obama, government hating conservatives had the white house for 20 of 28 years.

  • @tomitstube I understand how businesses put profits above people, however, you can't honestly beleive it's simply because of republicans, can you? I'm in no way defending the right, but these sorts of things happen under ALL politicians who are bought by lobbyists, and who therefor have an incentive to give them cuts and breaks.

It's the ugly by-product of our current political system is what I'm saying, it's not because 'hateful' people sit around and plan it out.

  • @PiratedComedy ~ you're arguing semantics, i never used "hateful" to describe motive. i said profits are chosen over public safety. maybe you want to give these people the benefit of the doubt, i don't. they willfully choose to pollute, evade regulations, buy their way out of everything. the penalties are a joke they don't do time for crimes. meanwhile living standards continue you to slide. if you just want to just look the other way, then you'll just get more of the same.

  • @tomitstube Yet there are still millions of elderly people who shuffle around not doing much and young people who are star athletes. Don't get me wrong these guys are AWESOME but you're logic doesn't really hold up.

  • @tomitstube The good old days, when they had lead paint and gasoline, asbestos insulation, no environmental regulations and 4 out of 5 Doctors recommended Camels.

  • @tomitstube I'm sorry but are you stating pollution at and before the 1920's wasn't poisonous?

  • @A5Hellcat ~ i'm saying pollution has an accumulative effect, like global warming. it gets worse every year. the two aren't exclusive. there's a correlation between warming and pollution.

so yes, pollution is worse now, just by the fact there is 3 times as many people on this planet. the amount of crap we spew into the eco system is unsustainable, we are at a "tipping point" now, and it seems impossible to get congress or the white house to act.

  • @tomitstube And yet our life expectancy is higher. FASCINATING.

  • @YawnGod ~ only because of medical advances. american life expectancy has dropped from 11th to 42nd in the last 20 years.

  • @tomitstube With all the replies I had assumed you were some communist... but now I see what you for what you truly are, simply someone with a different view. You speak something that has some validity, something you view as true and people try to silence you. It is so sad... but alas that is the way the right wing works. If saving a life was left wing (which it is) then the right wing will push to kill everyone (which they do).

But in truth, this has 0 to do with politics lol.

  • @ThatBlackPanda ` hey thanks, the replies are all over the board on this comment, i really don't get it, i'm saying that business with the help of right wing government is destroying the planet so a few people can get filthy rich. i listed a few of the facts and for some reason people are coming unglued. i thought all this stuff was well known facts.

  • Ah an inspiring documentary that if you dont do manual low paid work throughout your life your body isnt so screwed up and worn out that you can still be a pathetic athlete at 80 odd.

All those guys who work in lumber yard or do construction are just lazy. Theyre moaning wimps. Sure their hips are worn through to the honeycomb and their ligaments are so stiff they have to be released with needles, but so what? Look these middle class ponces are doing it, what are they whining about?

  • @gonner212 That was the most cynical thing I've ever read. Lighten the fuck up.

  • @gonner212 I'm sorry you having problems like dis ):

  • Good shit nigga

  • If you had a little twinge in your back today or a bit of a head and thought maybe I should just lay here in bed. Well watch this. If a little old lady can do the things she done, you can get you whining lazy ass out of bed. The strongest part of your body is your will.

  • Lying on my bed eating a pizaa watchng this makes me fell like such a slob...

  • we need more people like them

  • ALPHA AS FUCK

  • They should be the poster image for anti-fat America

  • At least they have a love for life at an old age.

  • It must really suck to grow old. But that's not a problem for me. I'm so glad I don't exist. : )

  • Not really, by the time most people reach the 70's their mind has declined to such a degree that they struggle to remember even basic things. Of course this is not true for many people, if you have maintained a rigorous intellectual life, say by reading regularly, you could well be sharp in your old age.

  • I MADE IT!

  • Ha ha -- that high jump is mad weak! Home boy just falls over it.

  • @dookdawg214 LoL if you make it to 83 good luck wiping your own ass let along jumping at all.

  • Sadly,

"Mary & Bill" are some of the same senior citizens that are customarily demonized and ridiculed on many TYT videos.

  • @bobbytiger

i watch almost every video of the young turks and i´ve never seen

seniors beeing demonized.could you give an example?

  • @motombocolombo

I too view almost every video of TYT, and while I can't pull up an example at this moment,

I will get back to you on this one. I see comments on an almost weekly basis, which is shameful.

Particularly after viewing Mary & Bill.

  • @bobbytiger

    no problem.don´t need to hurry.

maybe i just missed something,i thought.

  • @bobbytiger ditto motombocolombo

    give an example

  • Sadly, most people a fraction of their age have nowhere near the same amount of drive.

  • Yeah people think there is an age were you have to stop having fun and enjoy life..

  • 1:06 Clint Eastwood ^^

  • that granny has guns =o

  • cool

  • Thats pretty awesome, them two. I hope I can do shit when I'm that age, I sure as shit ain't doing it now.

  • @Itallgoes2me i hope i can shit at that age :P

  • @Itallgoes2me DUDE! i hope i can SHIT when i'm that age...

  • Wow next time I feel like bitching during a workout I'll think of these 2 and the pain they go through for something they love. And man I would feel like such a dick if I was the guy that ran into her and broke her leg >.<

  • These two Have a healthy life style. At that age, I rather walk and not push my limits.

  • They look 10 years younger than they actually are.

  • this looks like the most interesting film about old people ever,

no shit, though, I actually really want to see this

    liked, fave'd

  • aww :) what makes old people cute? xD

  • is this an April's Fools joke? too hard to believe ... lol

  • i wanna be that active like those two at that age, until i can switch to an artificial body ;)

  • what's funny is that those two senior citizens are more athletic than me, and I'm 19.

  • @ahmadclk not funny

  • If you want to be active like these people when you're old, don't take Cipro. Cipro is TOXIC POISON and it can render you crippled and unable to walk to the kitchen, let alone run a marathon. Why does the FDA allow this to happen to an unsuspecting public???

  • @papatoony

Thank You Alex Jones, go back to your Ginsing and Shark Fin Oil
