@gar992000, seeing as how an FCC fine can cost up to a quarter of a million dollars, which they probably don't have anyway, then "sticking it to the man" would really be "sticking it to KEXP non-profit radio", which they would never do.

@gar992000 that's basically like asking why snoop dogg wouldn't blow weed smoke in a cop's face. Some (a lot) of laws are bullshit, but breaking them conscientiously can be a huge inconvenience (it also won't change the FCC's policies), especially for a non-profit. A quarter mill would probably put the wonderful KEXP in the red as far as solvency goes.
