First; my heart goes out to the people here who are hurting and in need, but we have to ask how we got in this mess here in Michigan, well I think it started when President Clinton signed in NAFTA, and who supported that Senator Levin, now the Federal Government wants Michigan's water and again who is supporting that Senator Levin. Why would Senator Levin and Senator Stabenow want to give away our water rights to the Federal Government?
I have always Voted for Sen Levin but not anymore,
If one thinks of the conditions surrounding the increased taxation of water in Highland Park as a model for other US cities in economic decline, water privatization will become more prevalent from coast to coast. The solution is, in my opinion, to severe dependence upon such infrastructure via residential/communal water harvest systems.
LMAO! I lived in Cheboygan, Michigan! What is worst when is not only the water but the heating bill. Michigan is f*cked up. I lived 2 years there freezing my ass off from the winter that last 6months+. Buisness suck in Northern Michigan, hell I was afraid for 2 long years would lose my job because of how poor the area was.

As I write this, tears are coming out. And yes, I will return home to Detroit to help fight against the forces that are working to destroy us.
