I liked the UK version much better because the humor was more thoughtful and not so gutter. The focus was on the comedy, not on the comedians' personalities. Ryan was great in the British version, but with he and Colin the American version just devolved into silliness and crudity.
once there was a 17 year old named mand. one day she was walking in the woods and found a dead body. ehen she fliped it over she found out it was another 17 year old girl with something on her chest that said im not pretty enough. three days later her ***** found her dead in the bathroom *****t this on 4 post or you die
I am American, and I much prefer Clive over drew. And I really enjoy the British version where the personality rolls were still being developed. You got to see many mistakes in the learning process and to me that's what made the show. The US version is very funny but I did not like that it was so routine. I honestly got tired of seeing the same comedian playing the same roll. And MIKE ROCKED! Wish we got to see him perfect his skills like Ryan, Colin and Wayne.
Anyone else think that Mike and Josie's characters died in the crash, and the party/maze at the end is really a symbol of the afterlife? Man, this show's deep.
i disagree the over the topness of the american version is what made it so funny the british version however seamed a little to neat and tidy and i think they all took it a little to seriousley plus clive is a good host but not as good as drew back then anyway he sucks hosting the price is right although i still love both the british and american versions and could watch them both over and over again and i also retain hope that one day they will have a reunion show which will spawn a new tv show
aye but i am well british lol!!! if that makes sense!! i luv a lot of american shows and i did enjoy and still do enjoy WLIIA us!! BUT I LOVED BRITISH VERSION BUT WITH ITS ADDED INFLUENCE OF THE CANADIAN RYAN STILES!!

the american version is just so over the top. So much so that even colin and ryan arent funny. And that's pretty difficult

Yeh I enjoy this much more. Ryan and Clive are funny, but they just reduce their creativity to crudeness
