I believe this is at Cafe Fandango in Rome. Went there last week, only to be confronted with crude verbal sexual inuendo's from a waiter with a ponytail. All arising as a consequence of not speaking any Italian (it was obvious in hindsight) by recognising the odd word and general behaviour of those in the cafe that this was the case. General behaviour was quite xenephobic throughout the drink that we had there. A place to be best avoided if you are a tourist.
