i worked at Lubys .... and remember spending many happy hours at the mall ,and all the nights i closed down chelsea street pub , only to have to walk all the way around the mall because i had parked on the far side of Pennys ....Chelseas never carded,neither did Mr Dunderbachs (they had heineken dark beer, a rarity in the 80's).
