push the seat farther forward and you will be fine, it will get your arms closer to the 90 degree angle

1.move the saddle to the front and give it hight
2.drop the aero bars using a different stem with an angle
3.loose spme weight

That belly is your reserves ;-)
Surely to get a proper aero you need to be down on the drop bars? ..there again I'm no expert :-)
