i just read your article on wheat. I found it interesting that wheat is our enemy creating health problems. is it the same wheat found in Ezikel bread "wheat sprouts"?

However, wheat sensitivities arise from the co-administration of wheat with other processed ingredients and not necessarily the wheat itself (gluten allergy is a different thing altogether). Ezekiel bread is a good alternative for people with wheat sensitivities.
