  • Thanks so much for posting these! You have been a great inspiration to me.

  • I love these lessons! Thank you so much for taking the time to provide us with chunks to work on.

  • WOW!!! you are a monster :D CIAO from italy!!

  • Very articulate. Appreciate you giving away all your secrets like that. You just put my music teacher out of business ;) YouTube is so cool that way cause there ain't any Stick teachers at my local music store. They should integrate some kind of PayPal feature so you can drop a buck in the virtual hat, instead of trying to get everybody to host ads for Viagra or something. I got an NS Stick, but this is very helpful stuff. ( Kow Tows several times ) Thank you so much. What can I say but MORE!

  • What is the name of the cool part at 5:31 ?

  • Good technique and explanation.

  • wow thats amazing! i have never seen one of those things up close. is it much different than playing a guitar? i can do some of that tapping on guitar. but never tried one of those gizmos. and all those strings. i hope to watch all your videos to see if I can learn something.

  • Very clear lesson! 5*****!!

    God Bless!

  • Amazing lesson, man. Keep it up! Although I'm quite intimidated by the stick, I'm really looking forward to playing one.

  • kick ass .

  • Be sure to use a metronome when practicing stuff like this, people.

  • Another one to add to the favorites. Thanks and five stars.

  • Thanks very much for posting this. I really look forward to you lesson videos..

  • no stick here; I'll likely never get to touch one but I do enjoy watching you (and Rob and others) play them.

I really enjoyed this video. You have a great feel for the Chapman Stick and its very kind for you to take the time to do videos like this. Other stick players must love this stuff :-)

    5/5

  • Wonderful Stuff.

I missed the Opportunity to See You when you came to Christchurch in 07. I knew you were coming but I just missed out. Oh Well.

These lessons are the next best thing. with every one I'm upping my Skill on the Stick.

Keep 'em comin' Man. Good stuff.

  • Thanks for the lesson!

  • Good lesson. Maybe one day I'll be able to get one of those. For now I must sell my beloved guitar to pay the bills.

    Keep them coming.

  • do it

  • Your mouth twitches ahah :)
