@MrR34G3R Well, you basically have to have a backup of you original map files to replace your modded ones. That will make it return back to normal. You can also save the modded map files in a different place if you want to play it again later on. If you didn't backup your original Halo Trial map files, and you've modded and you want it back to normal, it means you have to reinstall the whole game again to get back the original maps. Unless you're a pro and you remember what to undo, lol...

@chucknorris3366 Hey dude, sorry for the late reply. When you have modded and you get this message it simply means you modded your map to do something that it simply can't do. Modding has limitations, for example you can't make your gun shoot out pictures ir anything like that. Some of them, however, are realistic but still doesn't work for reasons the game works itself. Try to figure out what modification you made that gave you this error

@d881e Yes that might occur, in which case you will need DXTbmp. This program will allow you to to change the format of a skin from Bitmap to a Paint.net compatible skin. I might have to make a video of that but I will PM you on the details. If anyone else gets the same problem I'll post a video.

@ mastardchief: Did you try the following address? C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo Trial\maps. It should be there unless you installed in a different path...

Yes, that would be in the Vehicle Tag.

Yes for changin wat they shoot goto Projectile tage and copy the meta of the projectile you want, then copy it into the projectile of the gun u want to shoot it. the goto weapons tag and on the projectiles dropdown select 0 and then go from there

Is that link only for Halo 2? Or it doesnt matter? I have Halo for PC (the 1st one) and im looking for that HMT but it doesnt say its for the first one....and thats what i need so i can use mods and stuff...

its a halo 2 website, but its for Halo PC too. There are all sorts of mods, skins and tools for Halo. the link in the description will give you HMT for modding Halo PC (NOT halo 2).
