@CSXQ614 It does seem kinda sad to me, too...but they may be keeping those units around as parts units to keep other locomotives running. I would assume that's why they are there...for instance, I noticed an older former Illinois Central GP in the bunch that had been practically gutted.
Usually, in dead lines like this one, you see the "usual suspects": older GEs, worn-out-rebuilt-then-worn-out-again former IC units, and troubled SD50s that seemed to live troubled lives.

Great Video, Its just sad to see all those scrap locomotives, when they could have just upgraded them and kept using them.
